“The staff at this location are incredibly kind, professional, and provide excellent service. Although they no longer accept walk-ins, that is not the employees’ fault.
Unfortunately, the website has not been updated and still says walk-ins are accepted, even though this location stopped accepting them on July 14. I hope Labcorp updates this information to avoid confusion for patients.
The staff explained that they are currently short on employees and are doing their very best under challenging circumstances. They deserve patience, understanding, and respect—especially the front desk staff, who are simply following company policies. Thank you to everyone at this location for your kindness and hard work.”
