Dropped off my son‘s Jeep on a Thursday afternoon for brakes. The jeep was done on Friday afternoon with new brakes and freshly cut rotors. Very fair price and great service. Thank you, Gary.

Gary was awesome replaced my muffler that rusted off the night before bright and early at 8:00 with no appointment the day before the 4th of July with time for me to still make it down to the beach the same day. Also he gave me a discount which was pretty significant in order to make the job cost exactly what he had quoted me. Overall great experience next time I break down in NJ I will definitely come here again.

The team at the Meineke in Ramsey is beyond fantastic. I had my gas tank rupture on my car, and they were fabulous. I’ve brought my other car here in the past for other issues and they are nothing but courteous, fast and friendly.
They had the work done for me 2 days prior to needing my car back, and Gary was fantastic to deal with.
Thank you for your hard work! I hope I don’t have to see you guys again for any major “issues” going forward - but I know where I’ll go if I have a problem. :)

2021 Kia.Soul. I made an appt online early morning for 8 am. I was taken right in and finished by 930. All 4 brake needed replacement. Gary was thorough with showing me the problems and what needed to be done. The amount was discussed up front. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with a large screen tv. I paid 500 per axle so it wasn’t cheap. Probably standard.

After describing the issue with my 2007 Camry, Gary imitated the noise oI was hearing. Spot on! Those hub bearings were close to seizing up. Gary pointed to some other problems even sending pictures and getting my approval to proceed. While not elated about the total price tag, as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for… sort of….
BUT that was NOT the end of the story… READ on. Several weeks later I needed to park my car on a hill. NO EMERGENCY BRAKES!!! ?. I called Gary and he laughed it off stating he tells his guys not to mess with them because they’re troublesome and hard to adjust. He offered me come by and they would “take a look at it” but the inference was that would cost more. At least more time.
So, I bought a couple tools and did it myself. Car manufacturers put emergency brakes on for a REASON, not to mention passing a SAFETY inspection. Beware and fully understand what Gary says and doesn’t say when he works on your car. And Gary, had an accident resulting from your shops omission, serious legal issues for you would have resulted.

I brought in my Jeep on a Saturday at 12 pm with brake problems. Gary diagnosed it quickly, gave me a solid quote, and I was back on the road in less than 2 hours. I will be coming back again!

Gary made getting my brakes replaced a breeze from the minimal time it took down to the price. I walked in without an appointment and he had everything completed within 3 hours! He made sure to be clear and upfront about the price from the second I walked in. I ended up saving over $1,000 compared to my dealership and received the best care and high end parts! Will definitely be using them for my future car needs!

Had a really good experience with Meineke. Spoke with the owner Gary on the phone and then when I went in he took care of my concerns about my car so well explaining everything patiently and in detail. Really appreciated this kind of service. It inspires trust and confidence!

We ended up with a flat just outside of Ramsey Meineke and they were beyond helpful with getting us back on the road. They let us use the supplies needed to get the spare on as well as helping with some trouble shooting. They even offered to let our girls sit inside in the cool air and watch the tv so they had a safe place to be. Your kindness and generosity saved our vacation. We can’t thank you enough.
