Lovely experience today with Arissa, who exhibited extraordinary kindness and patience as I sought to have 3 photos of my Mom framed. She listened attentively to what I thought might look good and showed me a virtual picture of what I selected on her computer. Then we both noodled around with mat colors until we came up with something we both thought looked great. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product. Many thanks to Arissa for her artistic eye and generosity with her time.

I was just shopping at the ramsey location and was very disappointed about only self check outs. I do not get paid to be the check out person or bag my own purchase. I feel that its a bit more personal to have a human checking people out and also touch screens are very unsanitary in these times.

Customer Service doesn't exist any more, they had a table marked a percent off. We took the item took it to the register.... It came up regular price. I don't think I was upset about the discount on the item was not on sale. I was more upset how they looked for ways to make sure your wrong. When I told the employee where I found the item and what the price was the employee said " I only work here" ....... The manager Tim or Tom is just not a happy person. You can tell the effect it has on other employees because you get the same type of " what do you want?" Reaction. I definitely would not be returning to this location, I have a much better experience in the Clifton location. If you make a mistake then you should own upto it. It was not my fault that the wrong sign was put in the wrong place.

Rude rude rude manager by the name of TIM. I was purchasing picture frames (cost in total about $150) and one of the picture frames that was rung up came out to $19.99 and I said I think that's a mistake I think it is cheaper. I said I will go check, sure enough I did, and it was posted at $14.99 . So I go back to the register and showed her the picture where it said it was $14.99 . She called over the manager to do a override, and well right away he comes over pissed off, and was like no, it's marked wrong. It's not $14.99 and I said okay but you should really honor the price, and he was like no someone moved it, and I said someone moved all 9 photo frames to that one spot.., he was like not my problem, I'm not honoring it. So this dumb ass lost $150 sale over $5. It's not the money it's the principal in this case. Also everyone that works there looks miserable . Stay away

While i am not into most of the items this store specializes in, when i do need supplies for a project this store is excellent. I do embroidery & when i was looking for specific colors to finish my art, this store had every possible color thread i could possibly hope for & many other types that gave me ideas for future projects!

Came in to get six autographed photos reframed. Had the best experience, the frame manager worked with me and make sure I was happy, it took a while to decide what to go with but she has the patience of a saint. Very good experience and love the outcome.

Friendly staff with a wide variety of crafting products available. Their cricut section is slightly lacking inventory in terms of tools sets but the vinyl selection is great and so are the product that they have to customize!

Wow the manager is so rude and has 0 ppl skills. I buy photo albums monthly and I have to pay separately for each so we can bill the client. Never had an issue except when I came here. I wish I bottom her name. She shouldn't be a manager! Horrible service will not use this location again!

Little upset with the service here. I ordered online to pick-up and have been waiting longer than excepted. I could have purchased it at the register quicker as there is no one on line. Very disappointed.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This store is horrific save yourself a headache and go to hobby lobby. Aside from being filthy (W restroom nasty) the staff is rude, belligerent and hate their lives and job. I asked for help by two different women and you would think I was asking for one of their limbs. Breathing heavy, exasperated and didn't move. They COULD CARE LESS and believe me it shows. On top of that- One of the women I asked for help ended up checking me out... Boy was that delightful, she was angry about something OK I'm sorry you hate your life but I'm smiling and trying to make conversation and she jammed my items into a bag couldn't get me out of there fast enough and when I got home I ended up missing a piece and one of my items is broken from her. I will never ever go into that store again and I let the manager on duty know as well. Going to shop for craft items shouldn't be worse than going to the dentist with no Novacaine....

I can't understand how people like Jamie can lead with a store where you have to be in communication with customers. I have a small kid and Michaels store #7773 in Ramsey, NJ was our favorite store for purchasing many things for handcrafting and home decorating. Before yesterday! I never met before so rude and arrogant attitude to the customer. I was shocked that a store manager Jamie may speak with a customer in so rude and in tone humiliated my dignity. Disgusting attitude to the customers! Hate this store after that visit.

One of the better Michael's in North Jersey. Not perfect but I do like how it's big, large selection of items, well lighted, wide aisles. I used to drive extra miles to come check out the paper selection after all other Michael's near me had failed me (Paramus, Clifton, parsippanny, hanover). The shopping plaza also had a Joanns in walking distance so thats a perk. It's a small Joann though with mostly fabrics. This Michael's always seemed to have the paper i needed in Stock. Stickers selection was small.

Clean store with clearly marked prices and the shelves are not a total mess like some locations. Usually a pretty good clearance section In The back near painting supplies. Framing section could have a little selection.
