In for rear brake service. Service department running shorthanded with only 1 advisor and a new guy as well. It led to delays that cost me 45 minutes between tech inspection and estimate. Would have been more, but I got antsy and went to check.
Then I waited an hour to pay for things after my car and were ready to go.
I waited more than 4 hours.

I cannot say enough to praise Mini of Ramsey. The staff, from greeters, sales associates, finance & service technicians are professional & a complete pleasure to do business with. The fact that I have purchased several vehicles over the past 20 years from this dealership says it all.
