“Flor Bella Designs went above and beyond what I expected. Im from California and could not attend my sister's grave site service in Mahwah. Not only did they make an arrangement with the colors I requested.... Blue and white... Her favorite color, and the color of the ocean.... Which she lived on, but they added sea shells to the arrangement! Everyone loved it! It was beautiful and unique. Thank you for helpng me play a small part in this heartfelt day.”

The florist delivered a beautiful arrangement to my family but the flowers were not the color i expected. The were willing to replace the arrangement. Unfortunately, my family was not available to do the exchange. They then offered others options. Ive ordered from them for years and they never disappoint on quality and design execution. You can order with confidence. I live in Florida and my family is in NJ so its comforting to know the arrangement represents our sincere Thanksfulness during this season of Thanksgiving.

Not only that, I’m pretty sure he’ll bring in items based on his customer’s request. Nice family run operation and the experience feels very personal.”

I've used John and his team twice for pretty big jobs (80+ft trees) and they are awesome - the latest job they took down 4 large trees that were dead and when they were done, you wouldn't even know that they were there - cleaned up everything and took the trees away. “Everyone complains about poor service but I'd like to highlight some exceptionally good service.On November 4 I went to the Paramus NJ store to purchase foam insulation boards and rent a vehicle to transport them. First I signed up for the rental then went to purchase the product. I faced disappointment when the boards were not in the location they were supposed to be and store staff had to locate and them and bring them down from a high shelf. Then I had to check out the very bulky items. The process took time and I was on the rental clock. But what could have been a frustrating experience was turned pleasant by the friendly and helpful store staff. I was especially impressed with the tool/vehicle rental staff who noticed the purchase delay and reset the rental clock before I even asked (I was told it is policy to allow consideration for purchase time but the staff tracked it without me having to make a fuss). Now it looks like I'll need to purchase a dishwasher soon. Paramus HD is now #1 on my shopping list!(BTW I got an email for the survey but I was busy, and before I had a chance to fill it in, the survey expired. Seems to expire after 7 days - not enough time for people busy with their projects!)”
“Fire wood is seasoned. Hardwood splits easily to make sticks to start fire. Never had an issue in 2 years. Various size bundles to buy all the way up to a cord. Super friendly service. Call the number if you need help and no one is around, and use deposit box.”

“The nursery is brimming with landscaping supplies. The bushes, plants, trees, perennials and annuals are all fresh and exceptionally full. The nursery is open to contractors but you can come with them to select what you would like to have planted. They have many specimen plants and unusual varieties. Never disappointed with the company”

“Our landscaper recommended Victoria’s Nursery years ago and have purchased plants from them in the past when they were in Paramus. We were happy to hear that they moved to Closter (closer to home). We purchased our Christmas tree 3 weeks ago ( was a little worried it was too early). 3 very attentive and friendly workers helped me pick out a “perfect” tree. They had a great selection. Like I said it’s been 3 weeks now and the tree is as fresh as the day I brought it home. We will visit again in the spring for other plants.”

“If you’re in the area, skip the big box stores and purchase your garden supplies here. Nice selection of perennial and annual plants. Friendly and helpful staff. There is also a separate aquatic plant and supply on site that sells plants and koi. The staff at that store was also great. Definitely recommend.”
