He had better bedside manner than most doctors delivering bad news. Honestly he saved my a$$ cuz I only knew one tire was messed up, but his attention to detail was on point and he noticed a nail embedded in my back tire. The other people also were really nice too, I didn’t get the name of the guy who tried to assist me at checkout but he was a joy and very friendly. He had manager vibes. They aren’t pushy and the prices on the tires were good. Honestly pretty ridiculously low labor cost. Will be going back for the other two tires.”

I had a nail in my tire and tried fixing it with a plug, but it didn’t hold. I ordered two replacement tires from Amazon and had them delivered to my house. When I called Park Ridge Discount Tire & Auto Center, they quickly gave me a fair quote of $85.00 to mount, balance, and install the new tires, plus rotate them to the front. When I arrived, they got my car in right away and had the job done within two hours. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced, and everything went smoothly with no issues. Highly recommend Park Ridge Discount Tire & Auto Center for anyone needing reliable and efficient tire service.”

I called a few mechanics nearby and had no luck, each said they had a 3-4 week wait. When I called Community Auto & Tire, Randy was respectful, attentive and extremely accommodating. When I dropped my car off, Jack was friendly and helpful at the desk and made the process seamless. My car was fixed and ready to go all in one day with reasonable prices and quality work. Two weeks after, Randy even reached out to check that everything went well and that I was happy with their work. HIGHLY recommend to everyone in the area. This will now be my family’s go-to shop!”
