I have walked out on many car dealers because I have limited patience purchasing a car with untrustworthy car salesman. This dealership I was ready for the same thing. I walked in and was greeted by the first person I saw at his desk, Christopher D'Onofrio. Chris was excellent right from the start. A personality that doesn't feel like a salesman but a guy that you knew growing up. He helped me with ordering my Tacoma, and continued to update me with its progress ( being built, shipped, and when it arrived at the dealership) I cannot say enough about Chris, he is excellent, 5 stars, 10 out 10, a 100 on the test! If you go here ask for Chris. I plan on continuing to do business with him in the future.

Stay away from this dealership. Very unprofessional and useless. They will waste your time and give you countless run around so they won't have to deal with your issues .... I was sold a damaged car and was promised it would be repaired and made brand new... it came back worse and worse after 3 times of trying to have them get the job done right... also was given multiple false promises from management so they wouldn't have to deal with me until I reported them to BBB

We were selling out car. Jimmy at This dealership saw it on auto trader and reached out to me. Took 8 days of me calling and leaving messages with other employees for Jimmy to get back to me. Once he did it took 3 days to get appt for my car to be inspected . Appt was for Friday morning with a 2-3 hour window. I agreed and waited all damn day at 230 I gave up and called again. Took 4 calls to get to Jimmy and he seemed shocked that no one showed up. He claims this was the first he knew that no one showed except that instantly he had another option that his "boss" offered to come and inspect it on his was home. What kind of fool do you think I am? Like I'm gonna wait around another 4 hours ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I would never do business here of any kind. They have no respect for peoples time. Can't even make a phone call to say they aren't coming. No professionalism whatsoever!

Bought a certified 2020 Toyota Highlander with 29000 miles with bad breaks. Sales man promised they will be changed and it's part of the certification. 3 days later picked up the car with bad breaks.Finance manger faked my signature on the we owe form and delivery form as I refused to sign it.The Desk manger ran my 780 credit score to 6 banks when I mentioned I want only Bank of America.Worst Toyota dealership

Edit Update Tuesday 10/17 -2 things: (1) I called the phone number in the "manager's reply" below on Friday 10/13 at 1pm. The operator there told me that Dave, a manager, would get back to me. So far he hasn't. (2) The aftermarket cargo cover I ordered online from a non Toyota vendor has arrived. Original Post - Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) does not mean you get a complete car. I purchased a beautiful, lightly used CPO Venza XLE from the dealership. Let's just say the price was quite substantial. When I got the car home I checked for the cargo shade / cover and it was missing. Every Venza Toyota sells comes with a cargo shade as standard equipment. When I called the next day, I was told that "what you see is what you get." This is hugely disappointing. I am NOT a happy customer. JUST REMEMBER - Make sure that you check everything, make sure that it is there. 'Cause once you sign the paperwork; Prestige just doesn't care!

Beware of Prestige Toyota in Ramsey, NJ. I purchased a 2018 Lexus RC 300 from Prestige Toyota in Ramsey, NJ. on 8/23/23. When I traveled from Connecticut to pick the vehicle up it was completely unwashed & filthy intentionally hiding many paint defects (deep etching from neglect) on the hood & roof as well as other various dings & scratches. The vehicle has deep gashes in two of the tires sidewalls which is obviously a serious safety hazard, it did not even have tire valve stem caps on any of the four tires, it had a large hole in the splash shield under the engine as well as engine oil leaking from the rear main seal which I had to have a local Lexus dealership repair. After I signed the paperwork I was not even brought out to the car to inspect it. After all of the unnecessary additional time and money that I already have into this vehicle I still do not even have my permanent registration after more than 6 weeks and a temporary plate that expired more than two weeks ago leaving the vehicle illegal to drive with not even an offer from Prestige Toyota to renew the expired temporary plates while this unknown delay is being resolved to obtain my permanent registration & license plates which Prestige Toyota charged heavily for. I have been reaching out to Ed Ruela and his staff repeatedly for well over a month now to find out when the vehicle will be registered but am receiving little to no response from them. Prestige Toyota sold me a vehicle that is now unregistered and illegal to drive with little to no communication or care on their end. As soon as they have your money they want nothing to do with you even when it means fulfilling their commitment of the purchase agreement. I have never dealt with a company that is so unprofessional with very questionable honesty. I cannot stress enough that I would stay far away from this dealership. Don't make the same mistake I did!Edit: In response to the generic reply from the dealership; I have been trying to communicate with the management at Prestige Toyota for well over a month now but almost all of my calls and messages have gone unanswered contradicting your claim that customer satisfaction is your top priority. Before Prestige Toyota had my money there was no problem contacting them whatsoever but now that they already made the sale they completely ignore the customer. Not only has this dealership failed to get my vehicle registered after more than a month and a half (leaving the vehicle unregistered) but after I pay to replace the UNSAFE tires as well as the other issues listed above that were intentionally hidden by this dealership I will have well over $2,000 into this vehicle that was portrayed as like new condition.10/9/23 Edit : Dear Prestige Toyota, You know that is a blatant lie, I was told when I picked the vehicle up on 8/23 that your dealership had ALL OF the paperwork needed to register it, I was never informed that an inspection report was needed and only found out after I inquired about the status of the registration. The very next business day I had that completed and sent to you which is all documented by emails & text messages between myself, Krystina and Mohamed. Prestige Toyota not only failed to submit the registration paperwork to DMV for this vehicle within a reasonable amount of time but you also had no problem letting the temporary registration expire without offering to renew it leaving me with a vehicle that has been illegal to drive for more than two weeks and when I reached out my messages were not returned. As I stated in my reviews of this dealership once you have the customer's money you want nothing to do with them. As I have repeatedly communicated to the management of Prestige Toyota there were several issues that were intentionally hidden with this vehicle such as the numerous etched paint blemishes and dings hidden by purposely not washing the vehicle before I test drove it & picked it up. At first I thought it was just very poor customer service but when I got it home and washed it myself I found out why

Just bought a certified Camry from Prestige very satisfied and happy tohave had a salesman like Rob Rago to walk me through the process soefficiently and kindly made the experience very pleasant and easy! I most certainly will use Prestige again down the road and without reservationrecommend to my friends and clients.

I worked with Brian Trainor to sell my used Honda Odyssey. He was very easy to work with. Clear communications, professional, friendly, and accommodating. Very knowledgeable about Toyotas and Hondas (I am in the market for a new minivan). Excellent experience.

Warning!! Be very careful if you take your car to Prestige Toyota in Ramsey for service. I had to leave my phone in the car because I was getting Bluetooth errors. Left my phone in the car not realizing my credit cards were in a CLOSED pocket on the phone. The next day I realized both credit cards were compromised there were charges to only fans, Uber, cash app, etc. I reported it to the service manager who couldn't have cared less. I filled out two surveys I received asking for feedback on my service, and not one was answered. I will not be getting my new car serviced there again though it was purchased there. This is theft, credit card FRAUD, and I did report it to the Ramsey police and the bank took care of the charges. It was a lot of work changing all my online accounts to the two new cards i had to get. How can you trust a dealership that couldn't care less that one of their employees committed fraud. it's unbelievable to me.

When I first bought my vehicle from this dealership it went splendidly, however shortly after I purchased this vehicle many issues started arising in the car that were very expensive to fix. I tried reaching out to Prestige's support to see my options with the dealership, I was ghosted for a full day with no calls back, and sent on endless support loops between agents who could not help me. I was eventually able to reach the service manager, Tom, who was very rude to me, kept interrupting and raising his voice at me, even calling me names. Him and his behavior with his clients seem to be the face of client support at this dealership, and I am very shocked and disappointed. I was even recommending this dealership to friends in the market for cars, but now I would be embarrassed to do so. Scalding service from this dealership and it is the epitome of unprofessional. Stay away from this dealership because if you have a problem they will not help you at all, and on top of that treat you like crap. Overall a nightmare experience I would not recommend.

Beautiful offices, Really nice guy - Rich on the support team ( after purchase support). Enjoyed learning about the many options here for repair and part purchase for my older vehicle. Always need to get more than one opinion.
