I would suggest you having a receptionist to be accepting patients insurance and stop requesting a patient who has been to your facility previously to show their ID.
You need better signage to direct clients throughout the confusing hallway to your Lab office. There is no room number on the current signage that are located at another hallway. You need more than one sign that directs a client to your office because the building's layout has several hallway paths unmarked.

My wife and I both generally make our appointments back-to-back. We find online appointments easy to make. The check in procedure with the kiosk is also quick and easy. We especially like the communication through e-mail and text.
The phlebotomists are skilled and professional. We have seen Oksana for years and she always has a smile when she greets us. We like the service Quest provides and look forward to using you for years to come. Thank you.

Since I had filled out everything the night before and had an appointment I didn't realize I had to sign in again when I got there and someone who didn't have an appointment was taken before me. However I have to say I was taken quickly after.

My appointment was 130 pm. The wait time was only 8 minutes. The phlebotomist, Oxana, a nice lady called me in... and, I had mentioned to her that I’m a little nervous, having my blood drawn. Also, we had a 4.8 earthquake earlier and, I was really anxious about the day, but she was awesome by keeping me calmed and distracted. Within a few minutes she said that she was done. It was quicker than I had expected, and I didn’t even feel when she was drawing my blood. She’s a wonderful lady, and cares for others. Thanks again to Oxana, for making the rest of my day great.

I showed up without an an appointment , When I tried to check in as a walk-in, it said there was No available appointments. :(Then I heard the back door open and it was the lab tech asking if I had an appointment I told her I didn’t I was just taking a chance.She said I can help you check in quickly and I have a few minutes to take you now!!!I really appreciated this act of kindness!! She did not have to do that!!! :)I would highly recommend!!

Honestly not sure why some bad reviews because this was the fastest Quest I’ve ever been too. Clean inside. Upon enter there is a huge private waiting room where you can self check in- I was called within 5 mins. My nurse Stephanie was super nice and I didn’t even feel her draw my blood, she was awesome.

Poor customer service and lab draw . Having an appointment doesnt matter at this place. They will take walk ins before an appointment..

This review does not reflect on the phlebotomists at this location. They are personable and professional. The one star is for the protocol "Quest" has in place upon check in which is devoid of any contact with staff in the reception area.
