I had my Jeep serviced for a tie rod end that was covered under warranty. While Alma, my service advisor waited for approval, she had the oil changed and the tires rotated as I never took advantage of the four free ones I was given with my lease. Alma kept me updated throughout the day as to the status of the repair.
