Ramsey Volvo service was awesome! Steve was super helpful. He answered all my questions and kept me updated on a timely basis on the progress of the service. He also diagnosed that the tires were badly worn, and gave me a super fair and reasonable price to replace them. Very pleased with my experience! Thanks Steve!

By far, the best experience I have had at a Volvo service location. I live 15 mins from Volvo White Plains and choose to drive the hour to Ramsey. The service was done right the first time in a timely manner. The service representative was honest and didn't try to up sell me products I didn't need.

Justin was absolutely amazing! From start to finish everything was handled with care. The Volvo service team made sure that everything was great from the courtesy car to the actual service. I will be coming back whenever my car needs service.
