Got my Forester 2015 at Subaru Ramsey. Service has been Amazing for the 1st 5 years but has declined based on my experience until I stopped visiting there 2024. Im sorry, NO good anymore.

I was referred to Ramsey Subaru by my brother, who bought 2 cars from them. He highly recommended them, and I can say the same! No pressure. Paperwork was mostly done before I got there. Everything was pretty seamless. I have recommended them to others as well!

I had an excellent experience since my first inquiry, from Jeremy Rizzo Internet sales managers price Quote including discounts and out the door Price. Next I dealt with first on the phone since I live in Long Island 2 miles from south shore Subaru, with Peter Miceli who was my salesman with patience and answered all my questions and concerns.I met Peter today to purchase the forester that I had been quoted and Peter Was Exceptional at explaining all the details and options on the car Hands On. I was exceptionally pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
I didn’t plan on purchasing a car that day but
because my salesman Parker was so thorough, unpressuring and personable I changed my mind and bought one. He went out of his way to accommodate us in obtaining the exact car that we desired. The whole vibe of the dealership was upbeat and sincere.
Of course, the car was the main reason for the purchase. Aside from getting the best ratings in Consumer Reports I found my car comfortable, solid and timeless and classic in its look. My car drove very smoothly and quietly but with plenty of pickup when needed. I felt very safe and secure on my test drive.
All in all, my experience at Ramsey Subaru was the most pleasant I have had at any dealership.
