Transferred three lines to T-Mobile. From Verizon , boost mobile and at&t. Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Mr. Shahib, a kind and friendly young man assisted me all the way. Many people post experiences but I wanted to let people know this store is excellent in Ramsey. Highly recommend. I was interested in their international data included plan. It's been a few days and we have no problems. We got their premium plan. Got new phones too.

I was giving misleading information about a phone i purchased and ended up paying 100$ more than online. When i went back to talk to the manager he said he couldnt do anything about it and was very rude.

Excellent service. All staff members were very professional and polite. Explained the entire package and Magic helped to transfer the phones. Very satisfied with overall services. A special thanks to the manager, Rajiv and his staff.

I was there to address an issue with phone service connection. The Manager refused to help us because we didn't purchase phone there. He insisted Tmobile stores didn't offer trouble shooting in store. We had to CALL611.

Very fine place, highly recommend The technician "Shakib" was excellent solved all my problems . Other reps seems very good also. I was having a really difficult time with Verizon. The actually Left me 3 days without a cell phone and I was really in trouble because of wife's illness, I Needed to be in touch with hospice Drs & Nurses 24 hrs Shakib put me into a new phone in abt 1 hour and I kept my original phone number

Since Feb.12 2023 still going back 5 months later for rebates I've yet to receive. WORST retail and service at Ramsey store on Franklin Turnpike..I regret ever switching from VERIZON..DON'T FALL PREY TO THEIR PROMISES & FREEBIES..IT'S NOT WHAT IT SEEMS OR LEAD YOU TO BELIEVE..1st TIME EVER I GET DUPED BY LIARS!!! ONCE THEY GET YOU FORGET ABOUT GOIN BACK TO SOLVE ANYTHING ..MY NEXT STEP WILL BE LEGAL

Terrible service. I switched from ATT and I laid out $2000 and was supposed to be reimbursed within 4-6 weeks. It's now almost 10 weeks and I still have not received my money. There is always an excuse. No one ever answers the phone, so I have to go in. Every time I go in the guy who is supposed to help me is off. I am so frustrated.

I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received at T-Mobile Ramsey NJ today. Mahid was terrific. He is extremely knowledgeable. He helped me correct an error on my bill that I didn’t even know was there. The store was clean and neat. I was greeted immediately upon entering. He was extremely patient with me. Thank you for a great experience.

Mahid was outstanding. He was patient and kind.He is also very knowledgeable about all things sprint and T-Mobile. I must have asked him hundreds of questions and he answered everyone.I can’t say enough good things about the service I received at the Ramsey TMobile store. I gave him 5 stars, I would give him 10 if I could.
