Good store and always helpful through the years. One of the employees, Andrew, took the time out of his day to help me with chairs and was very patient with my million questions. Great experience!

I am writing this review to commend two of the employees who I interacted with. One is Olivia who works in print services. I had placed a very time sensitive print order. I placed it earlier in the day with a gentleman and apparently there was as a problem with the order. Olivia inherited this problem after the other person left for the day. I found out about it when I called to ask a question about the order (I was in quite a panic when I heard). Olivia who is so sweet, handled the problem calmly and professionally. She really went over and above to accommodate me as well. The other person I would like to compliment , is the manager , I believe his name is Dan. He also got involved and swiftly made sure my order took priority! I had met him once before at the register (a couple of years ago) he specifically took the time to make sure I had the staples app downloaded correctly as they were changing it! Great job Olivia and Dan! That’s what customer service is all about!! ?
ps just dealt with Kaitlin and she was awesome as well!

Has most of everything i am looking for. Has great priced on reams of paper by the box. Has great prices on Coffie when on sale, less then most stores in my area.When you need help they are willing to go the extra mile.

Male manager at this location is very rude. Talks to employees as if the customers are not standing right in front of them. Doesn’t even try to help

Store was clean. The location of printer cartridges had changed, but I found them. All the associates I interacted with were great. It was a pleasant experience.

It was a good experience shopping at this store. I actually had an associate ask me did I need any help and it shocked me being it's rare in many stores. He helped me find what I needed and checked me out too.

Staples would always be part of me, so visited here for nostalgic purposes, definitely had a moment, the store is very clean and quiet, they have a decent selection of items, however, my only issue is that the music on the overhead is missing, there is no music in the store, so just check that and you'll be good to go, love the new program of the "Easy Rewards" as well, the shopping in store and also online is very convenient to gather points and help the store in general: Keep it up you guys:
