This bank was great until Selena came along. She is obnoxious, rude and loud. They had only 1 clerk working and I had a huge transaction (multiple deposits) to make. Justin was very kind and was helping me. As he was still working on my transaction, a customer was waiting in the back. Selena very rudely hushed me to move over for the other customer just because of a phone call I received which concerned the deposit I was making. She literally told Justin to cancel my transaction and take the next customer. It baffles me that she was upset that I was on a call while Justin was still entering my transaction in the computer. Instead she should have stepped in to help the customer on another counter or hire more people!!

Young staff who don't understand the value of customer service. Minimum wage attitude, seems like they can't be bothered. It's like going to DMV, miserable people work at this branch.

This branch is the pits. Im an active easy client with consistent large deposits. Staff are just about all rude and not accommodating. 1 or 2 tellers are actually decent. Way different experience than other td branches I frequent. Must come from management of that branch. Management: If you read this, major changes are needed in this location for a better client experience.

I have been banking here since they bought out Commerce bank, and since then it has been steady down hill decline. TD bank sucks! First of all they were stealing our money with penny arcade and lost a class action lawsuit because of it. Their hours have been shrinking down to the same as every other bank. Their prices for every single thing has been raised, to get a monthly bank statement is now $3, they will even charge you if you deposit $5000 or more in cash in a single month. The price of the safety deposit boxes has been raise by 50% in one year. And with Covid 19 it has been a disaster at TD Bank. I visit all the TD Banks in Ramsey, Mahwah, Allendale, etc, and they all suck. Now you have to download an app on your phone and wait outside till they come and get you, it took them 30 minutes to come out and get me. They suck!!

Not a good bank The manager needs to learn what CUSTOMER service is. I am a learn term customer I had papers that need to be signed by the bank and they said no only because I was Paid and power of attorney and he was saying i was stealing from my dead mother the manager should be fired.

I was trying to get my debit card and they did not care about me. I went to the front desk and they told me to wait. So I did, for an hour. They did nothing to help me while I waited. Poor customer service and this perticular TD was not staffed with nice people. The lady who "greeted" me was not nice and did not care about me.

I have always been treated well when I visit and request assistance from this local branch to me. The representatives have bee courteous, professional and even friendly. Service has been prompt as well. Staff work as a team in assisting customers.

I used to love it here. They were well staffed, very convenient hours and a free coin machine. Not anymore. No more coin machine, shorter hours and reduced staff. Hate that I have to fill out a form to get cash from the teller--soooo yesterday!! Other banks swipe your debit card, quick and easy! This branch is on my way home from work so I stopped here Friday afternoon to see someone at a desk. There were two employees with other customers. I waited almost 20 minutes before losing patience and leaving. I went to the branch on Rt. 17N in Mahwah and was assisted immediately. That branch has better customer service but still no coin machine and same shorter hours.
