I was at the paper store recently to buy my wife a birthday card. Karen in the Hallmark section was very helpful, as she helped me pick the perfect card and also picked up a few other small gifts for my wife with her great suggestions. Karen's customer service went above and beyond and I will be back.

Wow what an amazing store!!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Overall great experience. The manager I believe her name was Tiffany was a great help thank you for your kindness. I will be shopping at your and only your store in the near future.

I love this place to look for gifts- there's just so many options. Some of it is pricey, but I usually get 30% off coupons in the mail. If anything, customer service could improve. Yesterday when I was returning something, the woman at the register had such a mean tone and tossed my receipt at me.
