Paid for full interior cleaning and they didn't even wipe down any surfaces. The dashboard was more dirty than when I brought it in. Not going back.

My first time today & last time getting a car wash here. My truck has a long scratch on the front passenger side, dried soap suds all over my truck, it looks all spotty, was not washed or dried right. I can’t believe I paid $32.00 for this & now I have to get it washed again tomm before an event. I should have checked reviews before going.

I washed my car at this place yesterday and somehow I don't have the charging cable and head that I always use in my car. Definitely don't choose this place.

Paid for the silver - never cleaned the cup holders- didn’t vacuum around the car mats and even left with dirt spots on my windshield and hood of car .
More interested in making sure they get the cars in and out and not caring about customer satisfaction. Called and complained all I got was a “ Sorry”.
Not worth going to this one.

Have been a customer for 5 years, this place is going downhill! Been going there with my wife's car and mine. Sometimes, the car doesn't get clean at all and they just tell me that I anyways pay for membership so I should spend another 20 minutes on line, and it comes out dirty again... (paying for platinum and it doesn't look as if they bother to vacuum)
Last Friday I saw the manager making fun of a guy who showed the workers that his car is still dirty after he paid for the extra detailing (the one where the put the car on the side). Very not nice! Very not ethical!
Any other place in the area I could go to?

⭐️⭐️BEWARE!!!!⭐️⭐️ . this place has gone down drastically. From management all the way to service. It’s shitty to say the least. The value is not worth it at all. You will spend more time having to pay someone else to fix or clean your vehicle the right way. The manager, the large Latin man you see is unprofessional. I would suggest BeverLy Hill Auto Spa in Mahwah. It’s only six men in the garage. They clean your car without having to pay all these additional fees only to not have it done, right. They are courteous, kind, professional unlike URBAN AUTO SPA. They suck
