Michelle is fantastic! She answered the phone with no wait time and quickly had an answer to my question. I could not find my medicine anywhere and she was accurate and efficient. One of the best I’ve ever interacted with in years. When I arrived it was filled waiting for me. If she is working, she will assist you with whatever you need!

I have never been so disgusted by the awful and ridiculous treatment that I received while trying to have a prescription filled at this pharmacy .. not only do they not answer the phone and leave you on hold for 35 plus mins and then hang up on you and this went on from 3pm to close yesterday.. I had no transportation until this morning so today I went in and the employee who worked the counter was a very nice person.. her supervisor however was an unpleasant, unhelpful individual who would not even try to help me even though I was there with a serious medical situation that she could have remedied but refused! I will NEVER go to this pharmacy again and I suggest if you have a situation that you need help with.. DO NOT USE WALGREENS IN RAMSEY! THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR MEDICAL SITUATIONS.. trust me.. I did my research so THANK YOU CVS for helping me when Walgreens could have helped but “chose” not too! I never write reviews unless I have something good to say because I know how hard people work and should get credit for being really good at their job! THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE at WALGREENS IN RAMSEY! Good luck if you get the person I dealt with today!

Today Lauren was my cashier and she was great very helpful and informative. She has the best customer service I have been going to this Walgreens for years and never received such excellent service

Went to Walgreens photo service with my disposable camera and was told that it takes about one week to process photos. It’s been two weeks and I called to check on them, and a woman on the phone informed me it takes 6 weeks!!

Pharmacy staff is terrible. They will make you wait for the sake of waiting and every time I can remember with limited expectations act like they're doing you a favor. Oh. And don't use the drive thru if you're in any kind of hurry. The worst.

Extremely slow drive thru experience all of the time. They will have you waiting at the window for 10 to 15 minutes before coming up to you.

Always clean, no complaints. I would like to suggest one thing. Can you try to stock the MAGIC THE GATHERING CARDS better. They seem to always be sold out. Other than that tiny little thing this store is great!

No one answers the phone. You are kept on hold forever and then the phone hangs up. Words can't express how bad this pharmacy is. I've called Corporate to complain and nothing is done. I had to drive their to see if a prescription was ready and while on line there was an elderly woman behind me who was crying because she was very sick and had to drive there to see if her medications were ready. No one from Walgreens cares as to how bad this pharmacy is. STAY AWAY...GO ELSWHERE!! BTW..CVS IS JUST AS BAD!!

I have been calling for two days, no one picks up the phone! Finally, someone answers, then puts me on hold. Waited, I timed it, 10 minutes, No one picked up the phone again. What in the hell is going on????!! I thought the Walgreens on Spruce St. was bad, but come on!!! Obviously, this place is going out of business, if not it should This is all management's issue, if the GM can't run a business, she/he should find a new career

Pharmacy is clearly very understaffed. 3x in one month I’ve waited over 15 min in store and/or in drive thru lane. Please staff up and help your team out so they can deliver a great experience for their customers.

Went to this pharmacy a few days ago (right after Christmas)and they were really busy. So many people were lined up waiting for vaccinations or to drop/pick up prescriptions. The staff were very professional and friendly. I did have a 20 minute wait for the prescription, but I did other shopping in the meanwhile.

-some of the pharmacy ladies have such bad attitude-lots of people working in pharmacy but work very slow. Need to Wait forever. They tell you when will call you when your prescription is ready . No they won’t call you , until you come to the window and follows up, Spending 45 minutes in there, nothing gets solved. Didn’t not get the meds , I rather to CVS .
