“Midas on rt 10 in Randolph is a gem. At least at closing time on Tuesday afternoon. Was referred by the neighboring Midas(Darren) for a last second alignment when it seemed like a sincere unavailability in the rockaway shop, damn near closing time. Chris and Jeff were an absolute pleasure to do business with. But even more so as regular guys just talking to you like you’re not there just for business. I had a lot of questions, comments, concerns. And they were handled with genuine answers, explanations, and patience. Made it easy to crack a couple bad jokes. I would never trust a chain shop in all honesty, but I will be able to trust people like this that work there. All transparency, I feel like I left with an issue. 20 minutes after the shop closed, I noticed something, but I have no frustration or bad feelings because I know I will call tomorrow and be able to figure out how to resolve my issue with people that would handle mine the same way as their own.”

I truly can’t sing his praises enough.Long story short, after dealing with a poor experience at a different shop, I found Pete’s Auto on Google and read a lot of positive reviews and decided to give him a call. He was so pleasant on the phone and assured me he would charge me a fair price for any work that needed to be done.Pete was communicative and honest about the issues my Jeep was having the entire time it was in his shop. I've been going here for 10+ years for oil changes, oil / air / cabin filters, and the occasional transmission fluid service. They also have windshield wipers at a reasonable price and install them for free. I've never once been unhappy with the service.”
