They are so rude! The two years I’ve been at school I’ve never had a pleasant experience in the bookstore. I was even more mad when I came to pick up my books and in the email it says to have ur student ID NUMBER, nothing about bringing your student ID. The girl snapped at me and refused to give me my books even when I showed her the email that said I just needed the number. Honestly l am just gonna order off amazon from now on because it’s always super unpleasant.

The staff person is very rude. Not even a hello or a good morning. Does not make students feel welcomed at the school. I don’t understand how someone with such bad people skills can work there. I hope administrators are reading this!!!!

Christine does not know how to properly help guests inquiring about already placed orders. She lacks compassion for customers, as well as simple kindness. Her talking to me like that was uncalled for. Do not buy from them until they fix their staff.

Really poor logistics whenever picking up or returning books at the beginning and end of each semester. I literally waited in line for ONE HOUR to return a book.
