I recently opened an account with CubeSmart in Randolph, NJ, and the woman who helped me made everything seamless. She answered all of my questions and showed me the unit before opening my account to ensure I was choosing the right size. I believe I was given a fair price and am happy I have somewhere to keep my things that don’t fit at home.

CubeSmart on Salem Street in Randolph. The gentleman name Don helped me yesterday. Don was very helpful, polite and pleasant. He explained the contract to me and he took me to view the unit that I was interested in which was a 5 by 5. The price was reasonable to me. I was very pleased thank you Don. Avoid for Long Term Rentals! I was just notified that the rental fee will be increasing by 28%. This is the second increase in the past 12 months. The fees start out reasonable then the fun starts! The location manager is very nice but unable to address pricing policy.

This is complete robbery! I paid for a one-month storage rental on July 9 and returned it exactly on time on August 9, yet they are asking for an extra $23. On top of that, there is a rude employee inside, acting as if we are forcing him to work there. I said hello, and he replied, “Can’t you see I’m on the phone?” Absolutely a terrible place!

This place is pretty good to keep a few things safe but what really stands out is the girl in front. I think her name is Shaniqiuoa. She is super friendly and super helpful to everyone. I saw her deal with customers and they all left with a smile. I wish other Cubesmarts had people like her in the office.

Opened up a 10x10 unit this past Wednesday (6/24/25). Reserved the unit over the phone using the customer service phone number. They were extremely helpful!
Later in the day went to the office to complete the transaction.
What an amazing experience. Shaniqiuoa was a gem. Amazing personality and beyond helpful and accommodating. She turned a difficult day into a very satisfying experience. My father-in-law passed the day prior and my nephew and I had to unload is apartment at assisted living. It was a blistering hot day. The paperwork process was completed quickly and Shaniqiuoa first took us to see the unit and explained everything very clearly.
Facility is clean and very well kept. Highly recommend.
My nephew opened a unit up about 18 months prior when he moved up from Florida. When we walked into the office this past week Shaniqiuoa not only remembered him but also that he had moved up from Florida. No joke!
What a refreshing experience to get great service with a smile and a positive attitude.
