I would like to commend a young lady named Lilian from the Pharmacy department. I called and was in so much discomfort. I never had a pharmacist care so much as to give me a call back to make sure I was fine and if I was able to get the prescription from the doctor because they would be closing soon. She actually cared so much. She was professional and kind. She informed me that the CVS in Ledgewood would be open until 7:00pm~ one hour longer. I never knew that. You don’t see this kind of caring ways today! Because of her, Lilian from the Randolph location ~ and Emma and Brad from the Ledgewood location , I will always be a CVS customer!

Worst service! Got to the drive through window at 1:20pm and the tech told me that my insurance is not working and she said it will cost me $200 told her to pls. check again and she said she is going to lunch in ten minutes and for us to comeback at 2pm smh but my daughter really needs her medicine so we decided to wait at the parking lot, we came back at 2pm and she told me she just got back from lunch and that she going to call again and for us to come around. We came around and there was 3 cars in front of us, finally got to the window and another tech was there, gave her the info and she said oh the other tech is working on it, I asked how much longer and she said she doesn't know and for me to pull up on the side and she will wave me back when ready, after 15min. She called me from the window and told me that they called the insurance company and that my daughter does not have coverage, I told her to pls. give my card back so l can call my insurance and after I got home I called and they told me no one put a claimed and that I am covered.Hate how people have to lie and have no care about peoples needs they should be a shame of themselves. Never coming back there again.

It is far more likely that they accidentally receive a shipment of medicine than actually ordering one. CVS will begin to close stores nationally this year and next year. The writing is on the wall, set up with a local pharmacist asap. Shareholders are cashing out and corporate is getting shafted. Seriously, go to a local pharmacist. Let CVS wither and die.

Can’t wait to change to a different pharmacy. They had me waiting 45minutes to have me leave without my medication after they told me it’ll take 30 minutes. When complaining they said they should’ve told me to come back later!. So unprofessional!!

Gave me wrong prescription. Didn’t realize after taking it for 3 days. Called to speak to pharmacist, waiting ten minutes. So I tried calling again. Pharmacist said that’s what she filled. I told her to look up my records at the other 2 pharmacies I usually go to. She said she doesn’t have any files on me. How can that be? She said she didn’t know and hung up . I will never ever go to this location besides it being so disheveled and messes on floor.

THE WORST PHARMACY IN THE LAND! RUDE, UNCARING WORKERS IN THE PHARMACY. Doctors can’t reach them on the phone to place orders, and the pharmacy has no interest in helping you get your life saving medications.when the doctors do finally reach the pharmacy, the pharmacy has no knowledge of the doctor’s order/script. Pharmacy says doctor never called.

They call me automated constantly. Can't stop it. Is wrong data and a total waste of time.Updated 7.18.23. Still going on. No way to fix. I will go to the store screaming and maybe play loud music until they remove my number. They call and call. And leave voicemail and waste time. Cancel everything. Never use this store. Super terrible.

Great service today! Just had a script called in from a telemedicine visit that I had at the Weiss Grocery store. I called CVS 10 min later and they told me it was waiting for me. Drove down within 3 min and paid for it and picked it up.... all within 15 min of the end of my televisit. Great friendly service!

Was waiting for 3 days for my medicine. Was finally told it was received and I would have my prescription filled that day. Called 2 hours later to confirm and they were out of stock. Had to drive to CVS in Chester where I was told they had stock. Lucky for me they only had one bottle left due to someone not taking it. Otherwise I would have had to drive to Morristown. Disorganized and lies to their customers with attitude over the phone as well

Shirley in the pharmacy went out of her way to find me a coupon for a medication. The price went from $386 to $10. She took about 15 minutes of her time to search for me which she didn’t have to do. Great customer service!! Matt was also very helpful. Friendly staff!!

I can see why there are so many 1 star reviews. Drove 20 minutes to this store after speaking to Jenny on the phone who told my the store carries at home strep throat rapid tests only to find out that they DO NOT when I arrived. BE CAREFUL WHEN SPEAKING TO JENNY. SHE IS A POOR LISTENER.
