Showed up with pnemonia and they tell us to leave office (empty waiting room) and go stand outside in hallway until the nurse has time to get a room ready. We had an appointment....wouldn't they already HAVE A ROOM READY??? This office lacks compassion. No wonder their reviews are so bad.
