Question answered: So why is it that you can make an appointment on line, they offer you more than enough room to put a length message. But don’t have access to such.
I had a very lengthy and informative discussion with the service manager related to the above. He reports the dealership is looking to change the system and have been vetting new products for the online scheduling and hope to install ASAP.
Currently Better to call and make an appointment if you have anything other than an oil change. The department can then deal quite quickly with your concerns.

**Disappointing and Dishonest Experience**
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Sawyer Lyon GMC of Randolph. After negotiating a price on a GMC Sierra SLT, we came to a firm agreement on the price, with a clear understanding that it would not change after the credit check. However, after running my credit, they tried to increase the price, which was a complete breach of our agreement. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic.
Thankfully, I ended up purchasing a better truck with a $2000 higher MSRP elsewhere for $20 less per month than their original offer! I’m glad I didn’t let them take advantage of me, but the dishonesty left a bad taste. I won't be returning and certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for a straightforward car buying experience. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!

THIS IS AN OWNER OF THIS PLACE ??? Worst experience of my life! A threatening voicemail on top of it all? Quality place huh? What about the 15 days with NO CAR? No loaner? NOPE just fixed a problem on a car that was illegal to sell without a functioning horn anyway! Worried a review could hurt you SL? Hopefully this won’t happen to the next innocent individual stepping foot into the dealership!

Once again Sawyer lyons Buick GMC of Randolph failed us again. The owner Sean lyons reached out to my husband and I on Friday after leaving a review due to lack of communication. I called the owner back on Friday and was told he was gone for the day I could have his voicemail. I left a voicemail ( he knew I would be calling back and this was an urgent issue) he never returned my phone call. It is now 11:43 am and no one has called me yet. And now another dealership that is dealing with my car in bridgewater isn’t returning my phone calls as well. When you are promised something and that day comes and once again no one can communicate with you.. it’s such bad business. What I thought was a wonderful dealership turned into one of the worst nightmares of my life. I am trying to save anyone else from going through this.
Update: we’ve received our vehicle back for one week now. No other good was made besides they fixed it and we could have driven it anyway without a functional working horn. Along with a lot of inconvenience but they finally gave in and decided to fill the gas tank for us after driving an hour each way 4 times. Anyway.. I am firm on my review and because we will not remove it my husband has now gotten a threatening voicemail from the owner Sean that he will “adjust our warranty we purchased through them”. Since I can’t post a picture in the review please refer to the photos of the voicemail this lovely gentleman and owner and business man left my husband!

We agree on a purchase price, and same day I make appointment to get the vehicle. meantime unknown to me someone else inquires about the vehicle and obviously offers more money and dealership says yes it’s available after they had agreed to sell to me .they then come back to me saying the deal was trading in two vehicles or I would have to pay more .When the text messages clearly said I would be doing only one of the two. I hesitate for two hours rethinking the purchase because that was not the agreement. Meantime still unknown to me they’re doing a credit approval for the other guy. I come back 2 hours later with the agreement that I’ll purchase the vehicle ,paying the asking money difference and I’ll be on my way and they agree. as I’m driving to purchase the vehicle “keep in mind I’m out of state and four hours away “they text me saying it’s pending sale via credit approval to another customer! And when I did arrive, tell me the vehicle sold!! I’m sorry but that’s bad business policy right there
As we had an agreement, Im not upset just disappointed and will change it to a five star review if you guys make it right with another vehicle as agreed.

Terrific customer service repairing a transmission issue that was covered by my vehicle warranty. Service representative gave me a loaner car when it was determined that the repair would take a few days due to need to order a part that was not in stock.

The service team was great. My 2021 Yukon had sudden issue and would not go in reverse. I could not safely drive the vehicle so I dropped it off at dealer two days before the first available appointment.
They were able to fit it into their schedule early and quickly diagnosed it and ordered the part, which was on back order. The part came in right before the holiday weekend and knowing I needed the vehicle for a family trip, they did everything they could to get it repaired for me. However the part they got was defective (not their fault) but they quickly got a replacement and had my vehicle ready right after the holiday which was greatly appreciated.

My wife and I had recently purchased a used 2018 GMC Yukon from Sawyer Lyons Steve Iacono was our salesman very professional and prompt through the whole process and worked to our needs in every aspect of the transaction. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle it developed a serious mechanical issue ( mind you we purchased this vehicle AS IS with no warranty) That day I contacted Steve and Bill Pregno the service manager and was told to bring the vehicle in as soon as we could and they would check it out. We dropped it off Monday night Bill contacted me Tuesday morning that they were going to cover the repairs no cost to us and by Wednesday morning the service department said we could come pick up the car.
Im not one to write reviews good nor bad but in todays society to have a company go above and beyond like these guys did I thought it was well worth the praise and I’m still amazed . When I need a new or used vehicle I will certainly be shopping at Sawyer Lyons as well as recommending to family and friends!!!

I have been part of the Sawyer Lyons GMC/Buick family since 2018 and don’t plan on going anywhere. From Bill, Cierra and Dawn in Service, the finance team and Franco in Sales are the friendliest most knowledgeable team we have ever dealt with. I never feel pressure and am treated kindly every time I come in. Love you guys! Omar and the rest of the Diaz Family.
