I bought a 2018 Acadia Denali brand new. From the beginning there was an issue. I had to have the shifter replaced three times in the first year. I had issues with the car hesitating and not shifting properly. For the first few years there was an issue that they never really wanted to deal with. Since working from home during Covid and the following 3 years, it wasn't noticed as much with the little driving I was doing. Fast forward to 2023, I started to have more issues with the transmission. The car only had $58k miles on it. In July 2023 I paid $1,828 to have my transmission fixed with a 3 year warranty. Three months later, the trans was acting up again. They they would not honor the warranty and said they could offer me a replacement trans for $,4,193. When I left that day, the trans stopped doing what it was doing so I didn't have it replaced at that time as I could not afford to. A few more months later and the trans started to fail miserably. At that time, they told me the trans would cost more. I was advised by a local shop to call GMC Customer Service to get their help. This entire nightmare dragged out for 12 days. During that time I had to pay for a rental car which was an additional expense. I was told by customer service twice they would help with that cost of the rental but in the end they said they could not help me. In addition, the customer rep I was dealing with was not helpful. Every time I spoke with her, the price of the trans went up. First I was told $6,700 and then they told me they would give me a $3k discount and would only charge me $10,300!!!!!!!! I was told they can no longer offer the $4,193 because a few more months had gone by and there were more miles on the car. I don't appreciate being spoken to as if I am a stupid woman. The cost of a trans is the cost of a trans. Time and miles doesn't change that!!!!I had the car towed to a local shop and had the trans replaced and warranted for 3 years and paid $4,200. The rental and wasted time and aggravation during that time was not replaceable.When I wrote a review the first time, I received a call from one of the owners of the dealership. We had a good conversation but unfortunately it was too late at that point. He said was going to see if he could do something for me and asked me to take down the review until he got back to me, which I did. He said he was going to call his rep to see what they could do to help me. Two weeks later, I was told there was nothing they could do but offer me $2k towards another car. That is slap in the face. That is nothing!!! Besides, I won't buy GM again because of the horrible customer service and the car is crap!!!!

I visited Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC of Randolph recently, searching for a used car. The first desk I came upon belonged to Anna Macedo. When I asked if she could help me, Anna immediately put aside what she had been working on and gave me her full attention. She was friendly, courteous and very patient in answering my myriad of questions. I felt no pressure whatsoever, and she even helped me to negotiate a closing price that I was more comfortable with paying. Overall, an A+ experience with Anna as my Sales Consultant! Oh, and so far, so good with the car too. No problems...rides fine. Thanks Anna for all your help in making this an easier than expected experience!

This is the absolute perfect dealership to come to if you like getting scammed. They are your cliche unethical car salesmen. First time using this specific gmc dealership and certainly the last time
