Kelly the property manager is on a serious power trip. She likes to make sure everybody in the building and on the phone knows she’s in charge. She has to continue to talk over you and be rude to get her point across. Since this business took over Metro Self Storage the rates have gone up and hidden fees added. Went from 78 a month to 119. They now automatically autopay charge you and then give you a hard time when you need a refund? I didn’t authorize their payment and she tried to make me feel uncomfortable like I needed to keep the payment or vacate. This woman is detrimental to your business.

Best storage experience ever! Taheerah went above and beyond. Very professional, courteous and accommodating. I went to see a unit after speaking with Natalie over the phone and ended up renting. I’m very pleased with the cleanliness and the and the staff.

Temperature controlled air, which works great in the summertime when you’re lifting those heavy items into the storage and getting cooled off at the same time, I give them 100%??
