The massages arw great and they have ao much offered in this one location; manicure, pedicure, hair chut/atyle, massage, facials, etc. It is a bit pricy, but very nice.

I had two bad experiences. The first one was with a woman of Asian origin. At first, she was nice, but when I told her that the job was poorly done, she completely changed—she got upset and didn’t want to redo it. She called the manager and complained to her. The manager told her that it was indeed done wrong, so she redid it, but reluctantly. She started treating me poorly. It was just one gel nail. I was foolish to leave her a tip—I shouldn’t have.
The second bad experience happened the day after I got the gel done—it started peeling off my nails. Oh, and there was a third time—I had forgotten. I got gel nails again, and just like before, the gel peeled off on the second day.
At first, I liked this spa because the gel used to last and didn’t peel off my nails, but now their polish quality or technique has gone downhill.

It was the first time I've had someone else cut my toe nails since I was a child. Came here with my son and daughter to keep her company. Have to admit having someone massage your feet feels amazing. Was a little taken back by the feel of the file on my toe nails, but other than that it was very enjoyable.

Always the best pedicure with great products and massage. My pedicures always look great for weeks. Very attentive to my 5 year old granddaughter to do her nails for vacation.

I am very particular in general but mostly when it comes to my manicure and pedicure! I have finally found the place 🙌 NJ is so full of nails salons everywhere but many of these places come with many surprises cheap products reused dirty tools etc. I am so happy to have found a clean professional place that is always willing to welcome you and provide the service you expect and deserve. Getting your nails done is not cheap but is a treat we all love to give ourselves. It is so nice to be welcomed to a clean friendly & professional spa looking forward to many more years.

I’ve been going to paradise nails for over 10 years. They’ve always taken such good care of me. My husband always gets his pedicure and manicure with Alma. I always work with Carmen and Jenny. Today we splurged and had massages, what an experience! I had Sole for my Korean Scrub and my husband had a deep tissue with Grace. We’re both extremely happy and can’t wait to book the next one! This is why we’ve been customers for so long.

This is the second time I had my nails done here and this is how they look TWO days later. Before I left the salon one of my UV gel nails started peeling off by the cuticle and the whole thing flipped right off when the tech began to fix it. I left for vacation the next day (yesterday) and today I now have FOUR nails with cracks and lifting and bubbles that are now brown in the middle of a white nail. I haven't even gone swimming or to the beach yet. I was there for over 2 hours for a UV gel mani pedi and spent over $100 plus tips and I can't even go back to have it fixed because I am away! Very disappointing and I do not recommend. I will not be returning as a customer.

I came in for a gel pedicure and acrylic fill. My french gel pedicure outcome was very, VERY mediocre for the $70 I was charged. I definitely enjoyed the process before checking my nails at the end and realizing all of the white lines were crooked. During my acrylic fill, I was floored that they made me pay an extra $20 for chrome powder on my fingers. I still thought they looked great, though. I felt that spending $150 +tip between my toes and fingers was outrageous but chalked it up to a self-care day and moved on. The next day, one acrylic nail popped off. Overnight, I lost 2 more nails. The next day, I lost another. I was unable to get it fixed because of my work schedule but I probably wouldn’t have gone back anyways, as I was extremely annoyed that I barely had them on for 3 days when I ended up with 1 nail left on one hand. I wouldn’t have wanted to sit there and get them replaced just for more to fall off. I won’t be returning for manicures or pedicures in the future because $150 for my nails to barely make it to the end of one week is just something I cannot afford to be doing every 3 weeks. I strongly believe these nails should have lasted me at least 2-3 weeks and I am very disappointed in the outcome.

Worst place… this place is a complete chaos. Every time I come they make you wait because there’s a huge lack of organization, the ladies in the front desk are not attentive and careless… I speak Spanish and I hear the staff complaining a lot, no wonder why… simply terrible.

Great salon and very clean and pleasant atmosphere. I started going a couple weeks ago and it's been a great experience. It's appointment only and they are always on time and have done great quality work . I recommend Wilson for a Pedicure he was detailed, neat, and did a great massage (best pedicure I've gotten in a while). Rinas been doing my nails. She does beautiful detailed work. I recommend this salon and I'm sure all the other technicians are just as highly professional. - Pietrina R

I've been to the salon at least a few times since I moved to the area. It's large and busy and my first impression was it seems like a factory but looked clean and the pricing was average. Nothing personal in the service but as long as it was clean, I was ok with it. I've had a couple of pedicures (which I enjoyed) and manicures but occasionally I would still return to my favorite salon in Bergen County when it was convenient. I decided to get manicures (just a regular one) regularly and scheduled an appointment for 4 pm to begin my new plan. I had to wait awhile, which was unusual but was finally seated with a manicurist. At first I thought he was being thorough with my cuticles but then, when pushing them back, it hurt and I let him know with an "ouch"! He apologized but after I got home my finger was sore and bleeding at the cuticle line. They had already closed for the day so I called as soon as they opened in the morning, asked for a manager and customer service was most disappointing. She simply said "it happens". I can understand that it could happen, but she never said "it shouldn't happen". I said I was concerned about a possible infection, she said use Neosporin (I had already been applying Bacitracin). I told her I didn't expect to have to pay for a manicure that drew blood and caused pain. After I said it a second time, she said she would give me a credit "this time". And now I have a manicure with a wrapped and painful index finger. I've sent an email with a photo to customer service and I'm hoping for an appropriate reply that would give me a reason to return.
