Had a 10am new patient appointment today. I responsibly arrived at 9:45am in case there was paperwork to fill out. 10:05am rolled around and no one showed up, door is locked and lights are off. What a waste of time, avoid at all costs! Phone just kept ringing. On my way to LensCrafters.

I've returned to this store several times for glasses. Danny is always friendly and has care for customer service. My glasses were ready a few days after I ordered them. The personal service i received here is rare anymore. I'd be happy to continue to use this location in the future.
My eye exam was great as well.

We have been a customer of Pearle Vision in Randolph NJ for 29 years. Danny is just wonderful his service goes way above the call of duty . With scratch lenses broken frames and lost glasses he always came to the rescue for our family. I highly recommend Pearle Vision in Randolph NJ . His selection of frames is amazing! From kids glasses to designer glasses you cannot go wrong. He cares deeply about his customers. Thank you Danny from the bottom of my heart and of course being there for the many glasses my son has gone through! Thank you for 29 years and counting. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! After explaining my issues to the doc he gave me a full exam. I selected my glasses on a Saturday and had them on Thursday. The prescription and fit are spot on and Danny is the best. Highly recommend Pearl vision and Danny’s team.

I have been coming here for my glasses for over ten years. Dominic is knowledge, courteous and professional. Recently,
he was able to turn around a difficult prescription for sunglasses
that I needed in under a week. Never disappointed with the service.

Danny is the best! My progressive lenses from another optometrist were fuzzy. His are crystal clear. They cost a little more but seeing clearly is pretty important. After a few months I dropped them and scratched up the lenses (my bad). Danny was able to replace them at only 1/3 the original cost. I was expecting to pay full price again. I’m guessing he’s not making any money on the replacement lenses. I feel like he values the customer relationship more than a quick profit. Highly recommended!!

I had a great experience at the Pearl Vision in Randolph! I had gone to multiple places looking for eye glasses with no luck until I went to Pearl Vision in Randolph. Danny, the owner was so helpful and explained reasons why I might be happier with certain frames. And I am very happy with the frames I got and I’m looking forward to going back to get prescription sunglasses!

Quality! Quality! Quality! If that’s what you are looking for, this place has it in spades. Danny, the owner, has been here for 29 years. He cares about satisfying his customers. He is a dedicated and professional eye care specialist. He did aren’t job with new lenses for my regular glasses and sunglasses. Would definitely return here for future eye needs.

I had a great experience at this Pearle Vision location. Both Danny and the eye doctor were very helpful and pleasant to work with. My glasses were made very quickly, and there was a great selection of frames.
