I must share my incredible experience with Mike (Service Manager) at Performance Ford Lincoln of Randolph. I needed a part replaced in my car. Not only did Mike get the job done efficiently and super fast but I was happily surprised that the job was covered under my warranty. Every time I'm at this dealership everything is taken care of with ease and I leave happy and satisfied.
I will definitely be returning for my routine oil changes and any other work that my car needs. I highly recommend this dealership. They are on top of every detail and very pleasant to work with.

I had a fantastic experience getting my F-150 Lightning serviced, all thanks to Felicia. She was incredibly professional, courteous, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. EV service can sometimes feel like a waiting game, but Felicia ensured everything was handled in a timely fashion without sacrificing quality. If you’re bringing your truck in, ask for her—she’s a true pro!

I have been having issues with my truck and suffering water damage and I have been going back-and-forth with the staff at Ford and haven’t had any help to fix the problem. Mike stepped in the manager and he took care of everything even mention to me that he’ll get the car cleaned and taken care of just as long as we went through insurance and I did not want to do that because I feared it would increase my bill. However, mike went out of his way to call the insurance company with me to confirm that it would not affect my price that I’m paying mike help me clean out my car and take my belongings because it ended up being that my car had so much water damage. They had to total it out. Mike was very understanding. He was empathetic. He went out of his way to help me, and it was my only vehicle. In his Get my situation fixed as soon as possible. I’m very grateful for all the service that he has done for me. He even mentioned that if I wanted to buy another car, he would assist me and would do the best he can on getting me a good price. Very grateful I will go directly to Mike whenever I need anything for Ford is very hands-on very understanding very empathetic grateful for all of his help

Why has your dealership ghost me in regards to this matter. Updated as of 12/23/2025. Just because you posted a comment didn’t change anything about the poor service.
It has been several months since I first raised my concerns with Performance Ford, and to this day I have received no reply or resolution regarding the poor service our family experienced. My greatest concern is not only what happened to us, but the risk this dealership’s lack of communication and oversight poses to others. Allowing a vehicle to leave in unsafe condition is unacceptable, and I feel compelled to speak out to protect the public.
I exhausted every avenue before posting this negative review, but silence from the dealership left me no choice. When safety is at stake, I urge others to think twice before trusting this location with their vehicle.
I strongly encourage the Owner of Performance Ford to take responsibility and address this situation going forward. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and above all, the assurance that their vehicles are safe when leaving the service department. I have attached my email to the dealership so everyone can see my concerns.

Absolutely garbage, horrible service center with zero accountability and nothing but lies. They don't care about anything other than ordering lunch; bet they have no problem reaching out to people for that. Hopefully, they can improve, but it’s obvious the management is clueless. Find somewhere else if you can. The trash is always greener on the other side.
