My phone broke and I went to some larger retailers at first then some smaller ones only to find that they were out of my budget, I found phones r us online and went by to check them out, I got a fair price on a I phone 8 and was able to get it hooked up with my number within 20 minutes, I am extremely satisfied and encourage anyone looking for a phone or services even accessories to give this place your first shot as I think you would be extremely satisfied, thanks again, from a Happy customer ?

Hi the owner is super friendly and knowledgeable about phones in tablets and different network carriers. There was also a great selection of smart phones Accessories . I found a smartphone with a case and a great monthly plan a very good price .I will definitely return here.

Share reviewEmbed review7/18/2020Phones are us, what can I say, I have been going to this place to pay my cellular phone bill for at least two decades now, something owner (Harry) actually reminded me of, during one of our many conversations. The service is beyond the modern service that you would not typically receive from the average phone store. Harry is definitely what old school would refer to as the neighborhood family. Phones are us has been at least to me, apart of the Randolph / Dover neighborhood family for a few generations. I seen all walks of life in this store as I waited for my phone bill to be paid. From the neighborhood regulars, law officials, the local gym crowd, to your blue collard workers rushing to pay a phone bill after work, even the local dancers at the near bye entertainment bar (if you know what I mean). But when I was referring to the service is beyond the modern service that you would not typically receive from a phone store, I was referring to a time period when things was kind of pressured on me, Harry empathized with my situation and gave me a payment plan that I could not refuse and most store owners would not think about doing. Right then I knew he was an honorable man and store worthy of given my future business to. Thank you Harry for being such a great guy!!!!
