The owner was extremely rude and condescending during the initial conversation. Extremely off-putting behavior. We won’t bother touring this school.

We have been a Primrose School of Randolph family since they opened. Our daughter was part of their first infant class all the way through the time she started kindergarten (and now back during the summer for school-aged summer camps!) Our son is part of the daycare program now as well and he’s thriving. We love the Primrose family & curriculum they provide. Their menus of food are also amazing because it encourages my kids to try new things (which is of course easier in the company of their besties) and this has been instrumental in expanding their dietary preferences. Our children have always been considered more advanced in their skills and experiences and we contribute that to the wonderful teachers Primrose. The programs have always felt inclusive, structured, fun, and supportive through every stage of their development in these impressionable ages. My kids RUN into primrose and are always so eager to tell me about their day and their amazing friends & teachers. Summer camp is great for our daughter now that she’s in school but still needs summer care - the water play days and field trips to gymnastics/rock climbing/nerf zones are some of the many things she looks forward to! Thank you Primrose School of Randolph! We appreciate you more than you could ever know.

Our son has been at Primrose for a few weeks now, and I’m so grateful we chose to bring him here. We had a nanny, and my mom cared for our son after we returned to work and the thought of him being anywhere but home was difficult for us. I'm so thrilled with the experience. It was not an easy adjustment for us, and they did everything to make him and me comfortable. They were patient with him and eased our concerns. Now, he walks in with no crying. This has been amazing for his development, and he's learning and doing so much, he's interacting with other kiddos and thriving.
Thank you for helping us care for our son! I’m so grateful for the kindness you show him and us. Not only do you show so much care for my child, but you helped me too! Thank you for caring about the whole family experience. It makes dropping him off easier for us, knowing he's well cared for.
We love the school/learning/education environment, everyone is always so welcoming and always smiling, they have healthy food choices, the outdoor areas are great, I love the theme days, which we have fun with, so many fun activities, they are learning, they have structure, super clean, and an overall positive environment as soon as you walk in.

Primrose has been a great choice for my family. I visited about 10 daycares and by far Primrose of Randolph was the cleanest most pristine of them all. The registration process was quick and easy. The staff was kind and helpful with my 2 yr old daughter’s transition from home life to daycare life. Love the ratio of kids to teacher & the children are grouped by age. The food menu is also a plus. It’s a very clean and healthy selection. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone in need of a safe, clean, friendly learning environment for kids!

Worst experience ever. Me n my daughter literally got insulted by the owner. She is so judgemental and said my daughter is not fit for the school and not normal. She made the decision without even talking to my daughter.

No matter the interest your child has they will find something here to keep them busy and their minds occupied.

Hello, good afternoon, I am very sorry to comment on these types of things but unfortunately I had a bad experience with this school, we were sent by the school in my county, they treated us differently, the owner told us that they were only providing the school and the education The entire school year she was very rude to our group. I can't believe that this type of treatment comes from another school. For me, this is called discrimination and they shouldn't be like that. All children are the same no matter where they come from.

I was very excited that my son got the opportunity to join Primrose as a student of another school district but to my surprise … it seems like they were just in it to get the money from the school district. I would not recommend this school to anyone it’s a shame that they treat little kids differently just because they are coming from another district. On another note my sons teacher was hands down the best teacher!! If it wasn’t for her we would definitely not have stayed. If you are coming from another district go elsewhere. Your child deserves to be treated the same as everyone else.

The after school program is such a perfect place for us. They can come after school and I know they are well provided for until I come and grab them. I don’t have to worry about them and they also enjoy the programs they are each a part of. Primrose also provides homework help whenever they need it and they are better at it than I am so I love it as well!

We have been with Primrose for 6 months now during the very fluid and challenging time of Covid. We are truly grateful to be able to send our son here where he is cared for and safe. I toured many facilities over the years with my first child and now with my second and can say with confidence, this is one of the nicest and more family-oriented daycares in the area. From the time I toured and finally enrolled, they have been on top of things. Everything is provided from snacks, hot lunch, linens, bibs, and even diapers and wipes, if you opt-in. As a busy FT working mom of 2, this is a HUGE help. You just have to send bottles. My son is happy and thriving there. We love the app they use for updates and photos throughout the day. It works well, and they are good about sending updates in a timely manner. Communication is thorough via email, app, and text. I know many daycares closed and had staffing shortages due to Covid and winter, and Primrose was also impacted, but I think they truly have done their best to try to keep kids in class and safe. I know it was worse at other centers in the area! I feel the staff and management are friendly, very hardworking, and make thoughtful decisions. They even sent pizza making kits home with each family as a sign of appreciation through hard times! We hope to continue having a great experience here.

My son has been coming here since he was 2 years old. I’ve been amazed over the years what he has learned since he has been there. Well, this year he started kindergarten and we quickly became aware that he is way above the learning level in his class. That is ALL thanks to Primrose.
