I worked at the service center in Randolph.** BTW you are correct in saying that everyone in the office ignores the phones ringing. Since it's not a store, no one can see them.When I used to open the office manager was always in the parking lot taking a nap in her truck. The next rep that comes in after me clocks in but takes 30 minutes to get her things 'ready' for the day. Few minutes later she leaves to Starbucks after chatting with the supervisor and office manager that is finished taking her nap.When the office pets return the manager and supervisor need a break. They leave for 2 hours.This is how the day normally went as long as the directors weren't there to catch them.The customers grow angrier and angrier since I could only take one call at a time.When the customers get angry because they don't have a protection plan they take it out on you since you can not find a way to get the customers a resolution.I get the blame since I am on the other end of the phone.After you are fired they try to make it difficult to collect unemployment.Thank God I knew how to reply to unemployment to be approved.Don't work at Raymour.You can do better.

The worst customer service center I have ever experienced. Good luck reaching them . They don’t even answer the phone . You can call all day and try every extension they will not pick up . My grandfather is currently in a bed I purchased for 3000 dollars and the remote breaks and they tell me it’s going to take 2 weeks to get a new one so he has to stay in the bed where it was positioned last . They don’t have remotes anywhere and Raymour and Flanigan in Watchung was in such a hurry to try and charge me 125$ for a service call . What a joke . Good luck to anyone and everyone who tries to get thru !!! Call the service center in Monmouth they will pick up and leave a message for you at the one in Randolph !!! How terrible

If I could give 0 for Rockaway location I would. They screwed up our $11k delivery 3 times and then hung up on us for being angry. Kristen is a BULLY and I’m highly offended at how I was treated by her. See, I can turn that liberal yuppie robot talk right around on you. Last time I checked it wasn’t illegal to raise your voice. At least not yet.

The worst experience ever they try to sale furniture as top quality when they don’t warranty their quality and on top of them you make appointment between 8-1 pm waisted my day of work and no one showed up i called costumer services all that say is i am sorry technician is running latte and he will call you or txt u when he is on his way ! Now i have to wait remaining of the day the worst costumer service!!!! I can go on and on how poor and scamming this company is !!!

Still waiting for the promised call backs from the "escalation" team. FYI, the regular R&F customer service reps are outstanding!So Far So Bad!Nothing but problems so far. Have been a long-time Raymour & Flanigan customer. We just took delivery of new sofa and chair-1/2. Immediately experienced many issues. Cushions collapsing and not bouncing back. One already has a big permanent dent in the middle. Sides of couch are really lumpy, visibly lumpy. One of the arms is 1" wider than the other. And so on. Such poor workmanship. Called R&F service, got a claim number, sent in numerous requested pictures, and was told an inspector needed to come out. Earliest appt. was a week and a half. Inspector came and verified all issues. Told him we want a credit to select another brand. Was told to wait 24-48 hours for a call. No call. Called customer service again today and rep tried to help by calling over to the Randolph Service Center. He came back on and told me their offer is to replace with exact same furniture. We do not want the same poorly made furniture. We're not asking for a refund, just a re-selection credit to choose something new to replace this brand new sub-standard furniture. Rep said he needs to "escalate" this with the Randolph Service Center to see if they're able to do this. (I know they are able, are they willing?) He told me I'd likely hear from them by EOD, but of course I didn't and you guessed it....need to wait another 24-48 hours to hear back.R&F's process is non-transparent and non-customer friendly.Raymour & Flanigan make this right!(I should add that the store staff was very good and helpful!)ps. I did a product review weeks ago but R&F hasn't posted it. I included a picture so it can be found in customer pic section, but not in the reviews. Attached is a photo of that picture.pps. R&F, if you resolve this issue, I'll come back and update my review

RM & F is a wonderful company !!!!They offer the 5 year Platinum plan as well as outrageously beautiful furniture. The employees at the customer service center were outstandingly welcoming friendly and kind.

By far the worst place when it comes to Respect . And if u end up leaving the job for whatever reason they make sure they screen ur calls so u cant get simple unemployment information from Humam Resources

Terrible customer service. They deserve 0 stars. I called the warehouse to speak with someone about my delivery and each time I called a person would answer and hang up. I could not get a hold of anyone as it related to my delivery. Outside of getting hung up on I also kept getting forwarded to voicemail. I have never experienced a service so unprofessional. I will never order from Raymour & Flanigan again. So beware, if you enjoy getting sent voicemail or hung up on this is the place for you.
