Had a manicure and pedicure done here today for the first time. Got a gift certificate for them. Jessica did a great job. Everyone was so nice and the prices are so reasonable. The place was so clean as well. I will go there again.Services: Pedicure

I have never had an issue with this place until today. I usually call to make an appointment with Brenda. They told me she isn't working there anymore. So I made an appointment with whomever and then see Brenda there. The lady who did my nails today was very rude. She barely spoke to me and handled my hands like an animal. I will go elsewhere.Service: Gel manicures

I literally will not go anywhere else! They are the cleanest nail salon I've ever been to! Their services are thorough and everything is perfect everytime. You can tell they truly care about their customers because they train their employees very well and they all perform each service the same way every single time! I've never felt rushed or unwanted. Relaxing and quiet ambiance!

I got a full at of acrylic nails, and while I did like the end result, I have a couple issues. For the design I showed the nail artist, I was not made aware that it would be considered an acrylic French manicure which was priced at $100. That price compared to other nail salons in the area is absolutely insane, and I still felt that my nails looked 'fat' in the end. I wish the price was communicated to me when I showed the deign I wanted, because then I would not have chosen it. The inside of the salon is nice and clean, and the staff was friendly, but on this experience alone I won't be back.

I made an appointment thinking this would be my new place based on the reviews however I was not really impressed. I got a gel manicure and they scrapped the hell out of my real nail to get the gel off - hurting the integrity of my natural nail. Also, the cuticle cutter was not in barbicide or UV treated. This may be why the review from 2 months ago resulted in a infection needing an IV treatment. The guy who did my nails was very rushed and did not give a quick shoulder massage after, very turn and burn. Overall, I was not impressed. I will not be returning.

I hate leaving reviews but I used to come here right before covid hit abs they service and quality was always amazing until my last 2 visits. I will say the staff is very friendly but I had Ryan the past 2 times and he made my nails uneven and rushed so I went back got them fixed and they were better but now I have a horrible infection near my cuticle on my one fingernail and it’s so swollen and painful it’s hard to ignore. I’m sure what they are doing over there but I would just avoid it.Service: Gel manicures

Recently moved here from CA and had tried a few other places before finding this gem. They are phenomenal. Friendly, reasonable and the place is super modern and beautiful. So many color selections, it is a bit overwhelming but that is a good thing. Is now the only place I will go for mani's and pedi's.

RUDE, LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR BETTER TREATMENT!I had been to this nail salon pre-covid, so I thought I would have a good experience as I had prior. I was wrong. I had said hello as I had entered. A male employee was on his phone & asked if I had an appointment (no hello back). I then had answered no, & asked if I could get a pedicure & uv gel nails for a special occasion being my Bridal Shower. He said go pick a color & didn’t ask me any questions. As I walked over to the pedicure station I had asked a few questions regarding nail style & had shown a couple of images for comparison. This male employee seemed very irritated with me, & had an attitude with each question I had asked. He even said that one design (partial nail) for one nail would take 45 minutes & he would not do anything like it. I didn’t like how I was being treated & being made to feel like I was bothering him. As I decided to go elsewhere, he then started speaking to his coworker across the room. I decided to go to HQ Nails on Rt 46. HQ did an amazing job & were nice & welcoming unlike The Polish Studio.

My fiancé went here to get her nails done for a photo session that we had, she had to get her pedicure done three times because of a faulty uv light, the gentleman in the salon stated that they would fix the cracked nail before getting the gel manicure done, the nail tech didn’t fix the crack and went over it with base coat and stated it would be just fine. Her nail ended up ripping off two days later. Worst place ever zero stars if I could and our engagement pictures got ruined because the finger was her ring finger

There are so many amazing reviews, I had high hopes for this salon. I came in on Saturday last min after having a horrible experience with my previous salon. I had my nails re done by Jenny. She was super sweet! My nails turned out beautiful. When she suggested ombré, I thought "great idea". What I didn't know was that it was $15 in addition to the $55 gel fill. I was very disappointed. My pedicure was awful. It felt rushed because the salon closed at 6pm. I sat down around 5:15-5:20. I had double checked to make sure if they were okay with taking another pedicure appointment before sitting down. We proceeded with pedi. Every movement was half-assed. Fast forward to putting my left foot into the water, I feel a burn on my toe. Not sure what happened so I wanted to see what was going on. I could barely keep my foot in the hot water because it was very uncomfortable for me. The technician then proceeds to put on this strange green liquid on my cut. It burned so bad! I am more concerned if it was actually sanitary. I went through with the pedicure as the technician avoided the cut. I don't even remember there being a massage as I think about it now! She literally slabbed on my toe nail polish and called it a day. I felt like she was more worried about getting out on time than actually performing a wonderful pedicure. I then was walked over to the dryers to dry my toes for a couple of minutes. I had gotten Lina's attention and spoke to her about my concern with the cut. She speaks to her employee and the technician told Lina that my cut was there before my pedicure! What in the world?!? I'm shocked! I thought in my head "this lady is making me look like the bad guy?" Any person with a brain would know not to get a pedicure with an open wound. I had no issues with my toes except for in-grown toe nails on my big toe which have always occurred in my life. What had me even more disappointed was Lina took her word over mine. She pointed at my other toes and mentioned my toes all look like that! I laughed and said yes my toes are shaped like that! I couldn't believe it. As looking more at the wound, I believe the technician filed my nails so hard she got my skin as well and shaved off a piece of skin. I then head over to the register to pay. $55 gel + $15 plain ombré + $28 for pedi PLUS tip for both ladies. While paying, I was expressing my concern to Lina's husband that I felt the pedi was rushed and how I was in a lot of pain with my toe. He definitely felt uncomfortable since I confronted him. He told me "I will give you the better girl next time". Excuse me?! I was very upset with the situation but don't be talking smack about your employees like that especially since you're the owner. If you're not happy with that employee... Why even hire her? And why even give me the technician I got this time? She needs to be trained PROPERLY & EFFICIENTLY, be CERTIFIED and LICENSED as all beauticians, estheticians, manicurists, etc. should be. I still paid the full amount for my services that day but there was no accommodation, no discount or did not show any interest in having me come back as they lost a potential long-term customer. Just be aware especially for the pedicures, ladies & gents. Make sure they're following safety guidelines to make sure no infection occurs.

I've been going here ever since I moved to the area recently and I LOVE ITTTTT! My gel manicures and pedicures last 3 weeks sometimes longer everyone is so nice. The place inside is clean and quiet! The pedicure chairs are comfortable and have a nice massage. I'm so happy I found this place and can't wait for my next manicure and pedicure :)

I should sue, but I won't. I went to this place for years with no problems, but in March I ended up in the hospital on an IV due to an infected manicure (powder dip). My entire arm was red and swollen and my pointer fingernail fell off completely. First photo is after going to urgent care - I was told that if the redness spread outside the line, to go to the ER. Within 12 hours, my entire arm was inflamed and I had a fever. I was on an IV for the entire day. Safe to say that I'll never get my nails done again, especially not from The Polish Studio.Service: Dip powder

Been to this place a few times recently after my old spot in Randolph changed management. The studio is clean and wide open. We've been greeted at the door at every visit and the employees have been courteous and respectful.
