If you are planning to ship something valuable I strongly advise you to go to another store. If your item reaches its destination with all its parts, consider your-self lucky. The prices they charge for packing are unbelievably high and unreasonable. The owner is condescending and has no empathy for his customers. If possible I would rate this business at minus five stars.

Do yourself a favor and use the Route 46 location in Rockaway. Better customer service. I have contacted UPS with the way I was treated. I have never been treated with such disregard. Disgraceful.

Over priced services versus using UPS directly. They charge a 50% up charge on the standard rate for using their store. Mailing with UPS directly was $65 and the UPS store charges $97.78

Went to return 4 Amazon packages in their original shipping boxes and was told that I needed to purchase additional boxes in order to ship them back at $8-$19 per box. Went to the Succasunna location and i was told additional boxes were unnecessary. They shipped my items back without any hesitation and no fees. Sounds like the Randolph location is scamming Amazon return customers so be aware

I’m normally not the type of person who does reviews. I felt I just had to in this case. The service was excellent, fast and friendly. Nate went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my packages. Even came out to the car to help me carry them inside. Will definitely be back and I can’t recommend them enough.
