Most recently I had my car in for an oil change and they took photos and showed me that there was a problem with my shocks, despite the fact that the car had less than 20,000 mi on it. They could easily have given me an estimate for repair but told me that my car was still under warranty. They wrote their findings in the notes that I was given. I took the car to the dealership. They did their own inspection and discovered that the findings of Aamco were correct and the shocks were replaced at no cost. Thanks Aamco!”

“Where do I begin? I picked up a project 07 Monte Carlo ss that I knew needed a transmission rebuild. Rob was very familiar with the parts that needed to be upgraded in the 4t65e which is prone to failing in these cars and gave me a very fair price on all the work they did. They changed several axles and mounts which all needed to be fixed as well and were very diligent with their work. The result is the car is the car is running like a brand new 07 ss and shifting very smooth in all gears. Puts a huge smile on my face every time I drive it. Dave diagnosed the problem as an engine oil leak coming from the connection of my transmission to my engine, and the leak was tiny. I still have an issue with my vehicle, but it's so refreshing to know that I brought it to a local family owned business that didn't try to rip me off. I came to Randolph transmission because of the stellar reviews of the owner, and reviews of work that had been done in the past, and I couldn't agree more.
