I've been searching for a PCP for a very long time and I'm pleased to say that I have finally found what I need! Vanguard in Randolph is a wonderful office with attentive and thorough providers. I was treated by Alana Young. She is very professional and kind. I'm looking forward to prioritizing my health with this team to guide me.

Kelly was great. Thorough and really was interested in my health, not just going through a yearly physical, but wanting to know how I really felt.Update: I brought my daughter in for back problems. Kelly was thorough in the exam and asked a lot of questions. She listened to my daughter. I highly recommend Kelly and this office.Update: Dec 15, 2023. Returned for follow up to back issues. Again, very thorough and ordered tests, not only to check for back issues, but also to check for other issues. Always seen on time and very thorough. Definitely recommend.

Kelly Van Wyck is the best medical professional I have ever seen. She takes your concerns seriously and is methodical and thorough in exploring answers. She honestly cares about her patients. You won’t find anyone more dedicated.

I had a Total knee replacement and got Covid in the hospital. I had many problems after the surgery and trouble eating and breathing. All doctors and being in the hospital weeks after the surgery couldn’t figure out my breathing problem. Alana new right away that it was my anxiety.. she got me on the right medication which made me feel much better and helped me recover!

I've been a patient of Vanguard since about 2016. First in their Jersey City location and then when Covid hit, I moved to their Randolph location since for two years I did not go to Jersey City. In Jersey City, I was seen by Dr. Nithya Setty-Shah, who is great. She gave great care and was always pleasant. She listens to your concerns. I now go to the Randolph office and I continue to get great care. I presently see Kelly VanWyck. I believe she's a nurse practitioner.Their office is spotless and I've never had to wait more than ten minutes to be seen. Front desk is always pleasant and organized. There are other Vanguard offices closer to where I'm presently live, but I choose to travel to Randolph. What's a little drive once in a while. Based on my experience with these two offices, I highly recommend Vanguard.

My family sees Kelly and Doctor Furst. They are two of the most caring people I have ever met. I love how they take their time to talk to us talk through whatever is going on and listen. I’m always impressed by how Kelly takes her time with my mom, talking to her listening to her and remembering conversations they had months ago. My mom is a very active 79 and LOVES to talk. But I never feel rushed when we go there and that I appreciate. I can’t forget to talk about the nurses and Alaina( not sure if I spelt her name correctly). They are amazing..... just so welcoming and patient. I couldn’t ask for an better medical team to be apart of our health life.. So if you’re in the Randolph area and your looking for doctors and medical staff who don’t just treat you physical needs, Doctor Furst and Kelly are PERFECT for you. I love them and I know you will too.

Kelly is the epitome of a medical practitioner who cares about her patients and has phenomenal bedside manner as well. I've referred her to many friends and family members looking for a new general practitioner.

I can personally say all the doctors are absolutely wonderful. The entire staff really works as a team and care alot. I feel safe and I think that is the most important thing to know, you are safe in their care.

After dreading switching to a new Dr once mine retired, a friend suggested coming to Vanguard and i couldn’t be happier. Great staff and practitioners. While i hope i don’t see them often, i know the experience will be great when i do.
