I always have a good experience there. But the last time a white guy, the only one who works there was a little too sarcastic with me. He kept it somewhat professional but you could almost hear his disdain for me. The other employees may not like me either, but I can’t tell with them because they always treat me like royalty. Of course people can have a bad day or whatever, but that was the best day of the week for me, Pay Day. And the good pay day, the one where all my dang bills were already paid. And he messes my dang morning up. But oh yeah, this enterprise is actually really good and they do everything to accommodate your particular situation. Just don’t smoke in their cars, they don’t play that mess. Keep it honest, they can tell if did. Even over that air freshener. Trust me.

I had a great experience at enterprise Rent-A-Car my sales rep with Wyatt, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable and prompt. He made the whole process, extremely easy, and answered all my questions and apprehensions. Again, a five star experience,That this company and sales rep delivered.

Very friendly. Very smooth. Very fair. Ezekiel was fantastic. You hate needing a rental car sometimes, but when you’re helped out with good service, it takes the sting out of you’re own car being in the shop.

A typical rental place is what it is , expensive, poor service and aggravating. However, this branch at Enterprise is exceptional the service is prompt and the staff is friendly, Good Job!

I will never rent from this location and possibly the company again, very dishonest, had me pick up my rental 1 day early "for free" as it was more convenient for the employees assuring me it would be a 1 day rental as planned , and here we are 3 months later still fighting for the credit as they charged me for 2 days and refused to stand by their agreement. Finally I was forced to pay the day they had the car as they threatened my credit . Do not rent from them!

I had a good experience renting from this place after an accident. But found that an EZ Pass I accidentally left in the vehicle has been fraudulently used on several occasions. Not sure if it was stolen by staff or a customer but surprised nobody contacted me when it was found (they claim to thoroughly disinfect and clean cars between customers so I can't see how it wasn't located after the car was dropped off).

I felt compelled to write a 2nd negative review based on my experience with Enterprise last week in Raritan NJ. Twice now in a year from NJ to Portland OR, I have ordered a compact car and upon arrival been told that they only have a pickup truck for me (try trying to park in Portland with a pickup truck); when you have absolutely no experience driving a pickup imagine your mental state. Then in lieu of the fact that I was going to be late on a one week rental by more than a few hours they reneged on their promise to only charge me about $25 instead of the $100 extra day charge. There is no longer any customer satisfaction or doing right by the customer in this post COVID "dollar must not be imperiled" mentality in what I see all over the place with companies (hotels, hospitals etc). I WILL NOT EVER AGAIN GO TO ENTERPRISE FOR A RENTAL. LIARS!

Wow what an awful car rental experience. I showed up for my rental car with a 9:30 am reservation, but there were no cars. I was told they "had plenty of cars earlier" and I was out of luck, but could call another location. Another customer walked in behind me was told the same thing, though this was her SECOND time back that day-she had been told to come back to get a car, and incredibly they still had no car for her. After 15 mins a car appears, though the two people behind the desk didn't seem to agree on who should get it. I ended up getting a smaller car than I reserved, the Mitsubishi Mirage, which may be the worse car I've actually driven (and I'm not picky on rental cars). I was told to call back the next day to switch it out to the bigger car I reserved, and of course when I called, they still had no bigger car. But they told me to call back next week and I might have luck. Lol you can't make this up.

Very unprofessional! They are not transparent when you return your car. They say you are "all set" but then they apply hidden charges without letting you know. Only way for you to find out is when you receive a credit card bill. And then they do not reverse unethical charges saying your contract was closed long ago. Truly money hungry. Be careful! Look for other places to rent a car.Update: As requested, I have provided my contact details in the email. It has been two days, I haven't heard anything back or even an acknowledgement of the email receipt.
