I came here to ship a package from NJ to CA. Saji behind the counter helped me to go through different shipping options. What I need was to make sure the recipient will get the package in person, not leaving it at the front door (in our case this is more important than the delivery time - we are not in a hurry). After discussed a few options Saji helped me to chose the FedEx envelope with Espress Saver option which is much better than I thought (by reading on the rate posted on FedEx website). Prior going to the store, I did also check with UPS but they don't quote me the price readily. USPS has a registered mail option but my friend (recipient) insisted to use FedEx as she thinks FedEx is more reliable. I ended up paying about $20 - everyone is happy. The other three customer service agents including the manager Sarah are equality warm and welcoming. The store is clean, no waiting in line. It is also conveniently located and accessible from the nearby towns. Highly recommended!

Sent my package out before it was completed (I clearly told them I needed to print something for it before it was sent out). When I asked them why the rude manager said “Well, why did you give us the package?” I left it on the counter and said I needed to print!!! Will never go there again, I wasted a label and $10 printing for nothing. Terrible customer service.

Rude customer service, be careful, they will take return packages but decline to provide receipt, when asked, they will ask to use kiosk. I have lost return packages here.

I believe I received help from the manager, he was very kind and helpful! I came in feeling very unsure about what I was actually going to get but he made everything a lot easier when he explained it all to me.

It’s a shame to be treated like this !The fedex team refused to tap my box ! My company has used fedex services for years now and it’s the first time someone refuses to tap my cardboard box !Don’t use this office. Very bad customer services

I Never been to a fedex where they couldn’t print a new label for you using the old label. Seems to me that no one there knows how to use there operating system. I use fedex all the time for my business and have gone to other locations and they never had an issue printing labels for me. They literally had me email the label to them how does that even make sense. In the end I had to log into a computer on there site and pay to print out a label. The site just needs better training.

This store sold us an overnight delivery that was subsequently delayed. The manager didn't seem to care about the lack of customer service or selling a service he can't stand behind. He just kept telling us that he saw in his system that the package SHOULD arrive by the next day but that it is just a TARGER and he can't really guarantee what happens. However, he never disclosed that this was a target and not a guarantee of overnight. If my husband had been provided this information he would not have sent the package. This FEDEX office needs to do more than just TRY to meet the level of service they sell. UPS near Wegmans is much better customer service and they stand by their delivery times. Mistake on our part to have tried this store.
