Washers are always breaking. Clothes come out saturated. Service tickets are ignored, they do not issue refunds, and they do not respond to emails.

We use them in our building and their service is horrible. If you lose money in the machines which is quite often it is a struggle to get it back. You load money onto their computer system through your phone and I just had to call my credit card company to file a dispute because no one has gotten back to me from Sebco. Very poor maintenance is done on the machines. I have had to call just to have them vacuum out for overload of Lint in the dryers. No response.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Sebco. Whenever there’s an issue with a machine, they come out to rectify the issue ASAP. They always provide with me with exceptional customer service, and I highly recommend them. Keep up the great work!

June 2025: Regular maintenance is not carried out, so machines break down. Only 1 washer out of 4 work. That’s 25% of their washers work. What a shameful record for a business. Customer Service does not allow an individual to request service - this is new - I used to always send in information about machines malfunctioning. Now as of 6/25/2025, I cannot get to their website, which is also not working. Their system of refunds is also designed to discourage users from even trying.

Worst machines ever! They are so old, they are in disrepair and smell like mildew And body odor. When they finally come to fix, or replace a machine, they give you something worse. It’s disgusting to have to wash your clothes in their machines.

The machine is terrible. To buy a card, It accepts $5. But don't accept $1. Also, there is no sign saying that which denomination is acceptable or not. Really terrible service. Called the customer service, but no one pick up the call.

This company is atrocious and they keep raising prices despite horrible service! Machines go unserviced for long periods of time and if you ever need to be reimbursed for non-working machines, you have to call 4 times to have it sent. I've waited over 3 months on several instances to be reimbursed for faulty machines not working. Do yourself a big favor and DO NOT USE SEBCO!
