I don’t know what is going on there. They make it seem so outstanding that there is no withdrawal fees from any ATM. But little do they tell you if you are debit card holder, every time you use your debit card they charge you .35 cents. As a young user this was not made aware when signing up. Don’t waste your time here the people who work there are all miserable and act like they got 100 other things to do besides help you. Place says open to call at 8:30 am and it’s been almost an hour and auto message still says bank is closed.

This has been our bank for many years and we have NEVER had a problem with them. The managers and staff have always been professional and kind. We love this bank.

I opened an account here to store a little bit of money because they reimburse non ATM fees. There are two women there who ruin the atmosphere of the bank. I went in to make a deposit and told one of them I didn't know my account number but provided her with the deposit slip and my ID. She sighed audibly in my face and processed it for me. I had another question to ask but when she came back with my receipt she said "have a good day" and left to go do something else. I overheard the other lady on a separate occasion talk down to an older lady because she couldn't understand online banking. I work in banking and understand now what people mean when they stereotype bankers lol. I would never treat my customers the way they do, unless they're rude and impolite to me first. And not even then because it's not worth it and makes you look bad too.

For the first time in 40 years I opened a checking account with this bank. I was pleasantly surprised that they offer a good deal on checking accounts. Brian began to help me but since he was needed at the drive up Nahomy the Assistant Branch Manager took over. She enrolled me in the Plus 50 account. I was treated very well and I look forward to a long relationship with this bank. A few days later, Brian sent me a letter welcoming me to the bank.
