came inside with my mom earlier to get a specific rhino industrial label refill and couldn’t find it anywhere. target and home depot didn’t have it and we were in a time crunch so we shot in the dark and asked the cashier. he thought about it for a sec and gave us the exact location with great detail. exactly where he said it was. not gonna lie i was impressed. they didn’t have the right size though but next time i’m stopping here first.

Stopping by the staple for Amazon return. There are many clerks who have nothing to do. But, there is only one staff is helping with the Amazon or usps return.

Worst experience ever! On Oct 13 at 11am I Went to copy some documents and mistakenly left my id, I noticed when i was home and called to confirm if it was there, but no one answered and i was on hold for 15min, so when i got to the building The supervisor who gave me an attitude stating “Did you call” “We been answering phones all day” with an attitude, then went to the desk pointing at the ID and just left without a word! It felt more like the DMV instead of staples! You guys need better leadership or atleast need to get rid of the problem because now you lost a paying customer who would rather drive more for better customer service!

Awful service and understaffed. Takes 10 minutes to pick up an order. On top of this, their staff have no idea what a line was and let a regular customer cut in front of me.

I've been to multiple locations and their service and speed were nothing compared to this location. Not only was the wait time terrible but when I requested to print out one page with a minor edit they stated the manager stated she will charge me. I explained to the manager that other locations never did that and she stated that they did. It was a complete was of time and it was a poorly runned department. I didn't feel valued as a customer and the manager didn't seem to care at all.

I was annoyed at the fact that I was hung up on while waiting on the phone. The Staples Store is "Outstanding". Not sure why this happened. Perhaps they were quite busy. I I owe you guys apology. Keep up the excellent hard work Staples ?

Scanning a document costs $1 per sheetThat's crazy .... I just wanted to scan not to printI had a 200 pages file I wanted to scan .. I will buy a scanner from Best Buy or Amazon ..Thank you Staples for the unreasonable price. Not sure who is the smart guy who priced scanning at this level
