Despite the staffing challenges, the Walgreens team is often praised for their friendly and helpful service. Store is ALWAYS short on staffing in the Pharmacy Department. The waiting time can be 20 minutes or more at drive thru. It was not on lunch break !
People use drive thru when they are ill or have small children or animals in the car . Need more staff in pharmacy department!!!!!!!!!!
