They have always taken a really long time to fill an RX even though when you go there, there are 6-8 people behind the counter. Now that Rite Aid is closed, a simple phone call takes 20 minutes. I was passed around on hold about 7-8 times. When you’re at work, you can’t wait on hold this long. Why don’t they hire staff or work more efficiently? Rite Aid had 1 pharmacist and 1-2 employees and still answered the phone within 5 minutes when busy and had a prescription ready within 1-2 hours. And to reiterate this pharmacy has always run this poorly, it’s nothing new. Now it’s time for them to get up to speed.

Every time I come to pick up prescriptions or make purchases at this particular store, I am always greeted with a friendly, professional, and welcoming spirit. I highly recommend this Walgreens location for exceptional service and professional manner!

Store is ALWAYS short on staffing in the Pharmacy Department. The waiting time can be 20 minutes or more at drive thru. It was not on lunch break !
People use drive thru when they are ill or have small children or animals in the car . Need more staff in pharmacy department!!!!!!!!!!

This place is a complete joke i took my daughter to the dr and they called in a prescription at 11am showed up at 1230 to tell me they never got it which was not true after i called the dr and confirm with them it was sent my wife then went at 345 after calling at 3 to make sure it was ready and they told her it was not ready but they would make sure it was ready when she got there in 45 minutes when she got there it was not ready and they asked her if it was urgent and if we could come back later to pick it up my daughter has pink eye and needed the drops asap so she did not spread the pink eye to her other eye or us and she must be on the drops for 24 hours before returning to daycare so now i have to take another day off work because she wont get her first drops until my wife gets home don't go here use a different pharmacy use cvs or walmart or any other place

Stopped in this am, young man behind the counter was courteous, friendly and humorous. A real asset to have someone behind the counter under 30 with a personality and duty to customer service!!! Made my morning!

Very unprofessional pharmacy staff. I enquired about COVID test kits and requested if they can guide how to get them and they said must be somewhere on shelf or check online. Didn't even bother to guide on where to find them and provided no additional information. Very unwelcome facial expression too. would not recommend anyone to use this pharmacy! Horrible.

Very nice store. Good location. The drive up pharmacy window takes forever & that's why I give it only 2 stars. Come on, Walgreens pharmacy - you can do better than this!

Awful Walgreens staff pharmacy staff that is incapable of fulfilling an RX request. I had a an RX request sent in on a Monday, I go to pick it up and it is not ready. Pharmacist says, they need to order the medication and will take two additional days. I call on Thursday to see if the medication is ready for pick up, staff says they need to substitute with another medication and called my doctor to see if that is possible. I asked why wasn't the call placed on Tuesday or even Wednesday? You called my doctor on Thursday? Today, the day I called to see if the RX request is ready? After speaking to my doctors office, the Walgreens staff never called my doctor with a request to change the medication. This Walgreens staff is untruthful with how they speak and act with their customers, the pharmacist lied to me over the phone. Will not go to this pharmacy again and wouldn't suggest anyone else either.

Very accommodating staff. Very understanding of insurance issues and do their best to accommodate. Chris helped us and was very good at working through problems, even helping other staff.

Chloe and the rest of the staff here have been doing a great job at delivering quality service. Although they lost one of their locations, their dedication to care and quality has not wavered. Would recommend if your'e in the area and wanna see some friendly faces :)

They never have all my pain medicine in stock even when my Doctor calls in the script two weeks in advance,I'm talking about every month,Then try to get someone on the phone,you wait forever,this walgreens should close its doors for good
