“4 stars becaue of the people with their friendly and fast service but it would have been 3 because they are not really detailed or thorough. They missed alot of spots including my rear view mirrors completely. I went in because I'm 8 months pregnant (not washing my own car at the moment) and the landscapers completely smothered my car in wet leaves this morning with their leaf blowers. The dirt was on the roof, the mirrors, side panels and wheel wells. Mirror and wells still covered in sticky leaf grime. But the people are nice and it was fast.”

They topped off all other fluids, added a quart of oil at no charge. They still allowed me to have a free carwash (that comes with the oil change service.”

Proshine arranged to have minor dings removed and pin striping that was deteriorating replaced the same say as the coating. They did a phenomenal job at a fair price. I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting a great detail or ceramic coating done on their car.”

“I normally have a good experience at this car wash and consider it the best in the area locally it’s close to where I live it has the best prices and the best system.I will give it a five Star review however if the owner is reading this please advise that on August 27th at 2:30pm I had a extremely unpleasant experience with your car wash I paid $8 to get the basic wash and the people who were working the car wash we’re rushing to many cars through the car wash at one time there was Audi SUV in front of me that took his car out of neutral to early or the car wash malfunctioned had I not applied my breaks I would’ve literally smashed into the rear end of his car then the car that was behind me in line bumped into the rear end of my vehicle. Luckily there was no damage but they had to shut the car wash down and one of the workers didn’t even want to hear what I had to say just gave me a dirty look and told me to keep going.I will continue to come here but please use caution.”

“I know, "It's a car wash" But what makes all businesses stand out from others is the staff. I do have a large Labrador and several times a year I get the Interior Detail. Back to the staff, first. I ask a lot of questions and sometimes want to add a service to the pkg. They are very patient. Never rush me to spit it out. That's a kindness that may get overlooked. Not by me. I appreciate them for that. I usually walk home and leave them to do their thing. The woman that do the interior really pay attention to all the little things. Being a Marine Veteran, I appreciate that attention to detail, as well. I don't think to take pictures of their work ( before and after), but knowing how my my Duke sheds over the week's in between, I see the results. The best part is I don't have to worry about putting my dog in the car for rides, because when I need it Showroom ready, the staff at Blue Wave have got me covered. Go there a few times and while you're waiting for your car, take a peek around the side where they detail the vehicles and watch the effort that they put in. You'll know too that it's not just any car wash. TRUMP20”

“Best $30 I ever spent. They get my car so unbelievably clean! So many places don’t even do the inside anymore and detailing is close to $200 I think this place is great! They attack your car beforehand with a bunch of people vacuuming then they hand wash the exterior, then they dry, they wipe out the door jams, they clean and shine the tires, clean interior and exterior windows and armor all the inside. They continually use and dispose of the rags which is very different than other car wash places. So there are no streaks at all. I’m so happy I found this place.”

They could pay a little more attention to detail, I.e blowing air through the crevasses of the car to ensure all soap out, using a wheel brush every time, etc. If you have your car detailed often, their hand wash is a great in between to keep you car looking fresh. “Ran by a bunch of crackheads. Rude Unprofessional guy taking my car and the payment was complaining about all the customers. The good car wash in Middletown broke down and will not be in service for a couple weeks. Unfortunately due to the salt in the road I had to get a car wash. I had stopped going to this place a couple other times because of how bad my car looks after the car wash and the lack of service and professionalism. I just went to get my car washed drove into the highway realized I didn’t dry the ones out of my car five minutes later at ShopRite my car is covered in white powder I can barely see my car looks worse than it did before I came in. Called up got the girl at the front desk who was very very rude and started to say she wasn’t give me a refund. They put me on hold for 78 minutes from eventually hung up don’t go there crackheads”
