“Brought my SUV in because of a metallic rattling sound and after an emergency stop at a local chain mechanic (never go to) to see if the car was drivable the shop said yes and didn’t find anything. NOW, called Chris at T&T and he told me to bring it in. Within 30-45 minutes they found the minor issue which was gravel stuck in my shock components. The guys removed the tire, shock, cleaned the area and everything was fine after that. Just charged for minor maintenance and Chris and the team resolved this immediately! Head to T&T if you want straight honest work and no bullshit, they are good educated and skilled mechanics there!”
“Eric was reccomended by two other shops to look at my 21 SRT Durango. He diagnosed the problem and reccomendend a specialty shop to make the repair based on time and repair type. I offered to pay for the diagnosis and he refused. He will get any work on my cars he chooses to do going forward. A+ old school honesty.”
