So…it’s just like every other bank you’ve ever been too, nice people. BUT the banker/advisor? The guy with the longish hair is an absolute stud and I want him to have my babies. I sometimes come up reasons just to chat him up every few months. I’m sorry, but he’s dreamy. Worth the trip.

Went in for a loan, and got the worst possible experience I've ever gotten. Lynn was assigned to my case, and is as disheveled as she is unprofessional. Took 4 unanswered phone calls over 3 weeks and one to the branch manager to finally get a call back from her. Absolutely useless and waste a waste of my time. Been using chase for years and love the bank, but this experience was poor to say the least.

I have been going to this bank for years, never had a problem. I and out with in 5 minutes majority of the time. The people are very professional and friendly. Decent parking I've had had an issue. Easy access right along hywy 35. Good place to start an account.

The teller was polite, no complaints there. I am giving this branch a single star because I was alarmed and insulted to see one teller's chest and wrist covered in tattoos . What the hell happened to professional presentation? I understand the effort in diversity Chase, but you really need to recruit people who present a professional image. I don't want to do business with a bank that makes me worry about the employees working for them. Also there was another teller who looks like she just got out of bed without combing her hair! I appreciate individuality , but tattoos and wild uncombed hair belongs in NYC East village not in a corporate bank! Oh and by the way, the gentlemen at the desk didn't appear pressured to take care of a waiting dad and his young son. He was casually talking to another customer leaning back on his chair while supporting his head engaged in small talk. The father and son waited before getting fed up and walking out. Branch manager should address professional presentation with its employees.

Rebekka is very unprofessional. That whole bank is unprofessional. A teller read my account number to her while she was on the phone. No concern about the privacy policies whatsoever.

Be nice to the tellers they will give you extra money
