Nancy has been great since the conception of my project. My experience is very personal and at times, hard to portray. Absolutely ridiculous - they give me a content plan to approve for the month only to come back and say - we don't know how to count words all year and have actually over delivered on expected word count, so we are stopping content production unless you pay us more money. They never call and only seem to reach out to me to try to get more money but to never talk business strategy or work other client concerns. I would not recommend this firm to anyone else looking for content writers. Be aware and stay safe. You can find better writers who are more reliable for less than 5 cents a word.

This company have basically scammed me. I have used them before and previously had no issues barring the quality of the work is poor, and almost ai generated. But this time they have been recurring charging me every month for the best part of a year £85/month - to which I never signed any agreement or contract - for blog posts, but I also never received the blog posts. I found out they were recurring charging me every month only when I came to do a tax return, I contacted them and asked what this was and they said I signed up to a recurring service, I didn't, I enquiredabout it and paid for 1 set of blogs and would let them know if I wanted the recurring service. They decided to start charging me. However I never got any content, I only got a bunch of poorly written blogs when I complained. They agreed to refund me then changed their minds. I am now forced to chargeback every charge. I would never have got the content had I not enquired about the charges I didn't agree to, and I don't want the content. But they refuse to refund me, providing every excuse under the sun which leads me to now believe this company do this on a regular basis to people - it is an outright scam and Content Development Pros are essentially stealing my money. I am charging it back plus I'm going to issue them with a solicitors letter and report them to the authorities for unlawful charges.

"I recently worked with Content Development Pros on multiple projects, and unfortunately, my experience with them was not up to my expectations. Every time we worked together, they were late with endless excuses, and the most recent project that they promised to finish in two weeks took them almost two months to deliver still to date not fully finished.Furthermore, their money-back guarantee turned out to be just another way to get me to commit to the project. When I tried to get a refund after they failed to deliver, they scrambled to put together anything just to claim that the project was 70% complete, and therefore, no refund could be issued.I strongly recommend having everything in writing before making any payments to Content Development Pros, or they will take advantage of you. Ivan, in particular, will say just about anything to make you commit to the project, but then he becomes elusive once the project is underway.Overall, my experience with Content Development Pros was disappointing, and I would never work with them again.

Hi this is the first time I used this company for a business plan and I worked with Chris Grayson who was absolutely amazing. I needed a rush order business plan for a new startup company and boy did he deliver. I had the plan delivered on time and with great communication. I needed a few revisions done asap too and they were also on time as promised. I just summited my new business plan to a big financial company for capital and they were so impressed with the whole package. Thank you, Chris, for making my new venture more envisioned and leading me in the right direction to grow another company! I will be returning for more!!
