I purchased a Valentine's bundle from edible arrangements in Red Bank, New Jersey for my wife and ended up spending a small fortune, which was no issue. I had the order slated to be delivered to my wife's work in Port Monmouth about a 17 minute drive from the edible arrangements. At about 7pm my wife got home from work. (I was shocked that she walked in the door without anything in her hands.) So I asked "did you get anything delivered at work today?" To which her response was a firm and upset "NO!" I then explained how I ordered flowers, warmies, and chocolate covered strawberries for her. I was so upset because this day happens only once a year and the sadness on my wife's face was so heart wrenching. I call edible arrangements and get no answer so I leave a voicemail. Then, at 10pm I get a call from edible arrangements saying they can't deliver the order because the medical facility where my wife works is closed. I explained my frustration to the woman on the phone and it was as if she could give 2 ****s about what we experienced... Needless to say they ruined my wife's Valentine's day and I will never be ordering from them again...

Ordered 2dozen strawberries for feb 14,2024 .Paid all additional fees for delivery on Valentines Day! $121.52Never received notice from recipient therefore had to ruin my suprise because now had to call my niece.I annoyed my niece because I kept checking.No DeliveryNext day phoned RedBank location and was informed order never delivered????Cancelled it! Person stated no problemWill credit my account.5pm my niece received itemNo responsibility!!!!! Not right to use credit card after agreed to cancelNo return callWhen I had to call again nothing they could do except refund same day deliveryUse Sherri’s Berties or Sickles if in areaLinda F

I was due for a delivery all day after spending nearly $130.00. I ordered my product a month ago. After calling 13 times yesterday and not being able to get anyone on the phone, I finally spoke wt a manager this morning who looked up the order and said “somehow it wasn’t delivered.” He then said he would deliver today and could only give me 10% off because of his “margins of what he makes.” I never received anything as simple as a phone call to say they were too busy and couldn’t deliver my order yesterday. Although I bet there were some same day orders that certainly got delivered. If you’re thinking about using them for a special occasion, I suggest looking elsewhere.

What a great experience!Reserved an arrangement through the website but when I went to pick it up, there was no record of it.The person made a quick call and I had a beautiful box of chocolate covered strawberries ready in 5 minutes for me.Great customer service :)

Was supposed to get my order on Mother’s Day when I was home, driver came on Monday while my husband and I were working all day, left my arrangement in the heat for several hours, long and behold chocolate on chocolate covered strawberries didn’t do well and strawberries molded next day

I know it was probably very busy yesterday but don't take my money if you can't deliver a good product. Called and they offered a discount on my next purchase. Either resend flowers that are alive or give me my money back.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. I've ordered from this location each year for the past 4 years and and never had an issue until this year. Our order was delivered at 11pm. It was a gift for the family holiday party which was over by then. Our order is usually delivered early in the day with plenty of time for party goers to enjoy so when it hadn't arrived I called the store to make sure I hadn't made a mistake. They told me it would be there between 4:30 and 7:30 but could be a bit later due to the holiday. Fine, but 11pm is not ok.When I called to complain I was replied to by I the manager who was a very rude woman. She raised her voice at me and said because we ate it we don't need a refund. I have no idea what happened to the platters, I'm out of state and sent it as a gift. There's no need for rudeness here. Bad customer service. Select another store!

I placed an order for a Christmas Eve dinner party spending $360 for 2 party celebration arrangements of fruit that didnt get delivered until 9 pm at night after the party was over. I called many times and left messages with no response. The worst customer service ever!!

Oh my God I got my edible arrangement sent to my house by an admirer to this day I don't know who. But anyway the edible fruit was beautiful and delicious perfectly ripe I was so hungry at the time that not only did I eat the arrangement I ate the Box and the garnish that was plastic as well

The arrangement looked fantastic! Great presentation. The card was well made and conveyed the sender's sentiment perfectly. They called after for quality control and to get feedback. I saw some negative reviews and I can tell that there is follow up. Stuff happens, it is all how you handle it. Great job, Smeet!

I placed my order the same day for a birthday delivery! Low and behold, it was delivered that day!Fortunately, I happen to receive a gift sent to me from Red Bank Edible Arrangements. Everything was fresh and delicious.I am always pleased with their service and arrangements!!!
