The AC on my 2013 Chevy equinox had a leak and was not working….. I took in asking them to find the leak so I can decide if worth to fix or not…..
They told me it need an AC evacuated and recharge with dye….. cost $241…..
I was told to drive around the car with AC on for about a week ….. which I did ….
And came back for them to find the leak…..
They told me there was no leak… temperature from vent was correct and working…I told them there is a definite leak because I had recharge before and lasted only a few days….. they assured me everything was working and it if failed again take it to the dealer?!? What??? I thought your technicians are qualified to do these things…. Why should I waste my money when you can’t even troubleshoot the problem ?

So I parked the car for three weeks without using the AC before I take on my road trip…..
On the day of the road trip…. The AC only blew out hot air!!!! During the time the heatwave was hitting the northeast…..
Trust this shop at your risk !!!
In my opinion ….They only know how to do tires really !!! Which I do use them for tire alignment ….
Other more complicate stuff…. Questionable …

Colleen was kind and helpful. The workers did a great job on my car. I dropped it off before work and picked it up after work. There was a little delay waiting for it when I picked it up but it was the holiday weekend. After 4th of July on Friday I took the car back and they finished up and at the end of the day I came and picked it up quickly thanks to Colleen's professionalism. I have special air caps and the crew was good enough to save those for me. they are for the Batmobile and they have little Batman symbols on them.

Darryl should not be working there. Guy is very disrespectful and nearly scammed me. I was desperate to get my car back the next day so he thought he could charge whatever he wanted.

We are loyal customers of Firestone in Red Bank, NJ. We had an issue with our car this week that required an appointment. The store manager, Darryl Regis went above and beyond to diagnose and solve a complicated problem for us from start to finish. Thank you Darryl for your persistence in figuring out the issue as well as your excellent customer service!

Was having some new problems with my older 2004 car. Was able to stop in and get an appointment for the next day, during very hot weather and they were very busy. I got my car back the next day, thankfully it was nothing major, just age and a worn out sway bar link. Everything was explained so I knew exactly what part was being replaced and why.

For tire installation, they are great. Very reasonable pricing and great service. Purchased tires through tire rack. They shipped them and TPMs to Firestone within 2 days, scheduled installation for the third day. Great job! I would use them again.

Came to this location for the first time about a week ago to get an oil change. Colleen provided excellent customer service. She was so relatable and had a smile on her face the whole time. I was a walk-in Customer on a weekend and was out in less than 20 minutes. The mechanics also did a wonderful job on my car. Thank you Firestone staff! You will definitely be seeing me in the future.
