My family and I have been living 8 years in greentree apartments, and we loved living in greentree apartments. The neighbors are friendly. The manager is very friendly and he is very responsive to maintance requests.!

Guess Andre didn’t want to rent to me for some reason, I know he blocked my number after our meeting smh. If your black or have a housing voucher don’t rent here.

I lived here for 2 years and loved it. Quiet and peaceful community with friendly neighbors. Close to downtown Red Bank. Andre, the landlord, was always very helpful and quick to respond if anything was needed. Highly recommend

I've lived here for 1.5 years. The manager Andre lives on site. He is very helpful and very responsive to maintenance requests. The apartment is not big but very quiet and well-maintained.
