Just could not be more fun. f you enjoy Kevin Smith movies, pop culture memorabilia or comics then visiting the Secret Stash while in central Jersey is a must! They have a great selection of things to look at and things to buy. In a section of town with a huge number of fun stores, nice places to eat. Worth a visit. Jay and Silent Bob's Secret Stash (sometimes shortened to simply The Stash is a comic book store owned by filmmaker Kevin Smith, and named after the fictional duo portrayed by Smith and Jason Mewes in Smith's View Askewniverse films. Merchandise includes comic books, comic-related merchandise, and View Askew film-related items (e.g., apparel, action figures, posters, etc.). The store is located at 65 Broad Street in Red Bank, New Jersey.

If you enjoy Kevin Smith movies, pop culture memorabilia or comics then visiting the Secret Stash while in central Jersey is a must! They have a great selection of things to look at and things to buy, some photo ops and friendly employees to help you find what you are looking for! Parking can be a pain, but there are lots of metered lots within walking distance.

I knew that Kevin had a comic shop in NJ, I just didn't know where. I stumbled upon this place while in the area for a reiki session, and I had no clue it existed here. The moment it caught my eye, excitement surged through me, and I couldn't wait to go inside. Evaluating this spot presents a unique challenge--it's as if you've stumbled into two different worlds under the same roof. On one hand, we have a comic book haven; on the other, an homage to Kevin Smith films. My experience tilts the scales to a solid 3.5 stars. As a lover of comic shops, I've got to say, this one doesn't quite hit the mark of 'extraordinary.' I'm always on the lookout for those special deals and steals, yet this place doesn't have that. They do have a spread of the latest issues, a handful of back issues, and a few graphic novels. For enthusiasts of Kevin Smith's films, this place is a treasure trove. Stepping through the doors takes you back in time, a nostalgic trip I personally adored. The props on display are a feast for the eyes, and the rare toy collection? Absolutely stellar. I will say though that the items are on the higher end price wise. Also there wasn't any employees walking around but the two cashiers were very laid back and kind! I ended up leaving with an Angel comic and an expensive lighter but I wanted a souvenir. Despite my mixed feelings, I'm drawn back to this mini-museum of memories, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Love the Stash! The people are always great if you have questions about your fav comics or aren't sure and need a recommendation they got you. If you're just looking for some Kevin Smith merch or some decent toys/collectibles they have that too. If you're lucky enough to catch an event there I highly recommend it. I always make sure to stop if I'm in the neighborhood.

Love this place. You can get lost looking through everything here. Great deals, signed memorabilia, collectables, nostalgia, great customer service. Looking forward to a great fundraiser held there next weekend as well for Kids Fighting Chronic Illnesses. I'm and old timer just getting into this scene although I've always been a Jay and Silent Bob movie fan and all of Kevin Smiths movies so I'm having a lot of fun and enjoyment visiting. Go check it out, you won't be disappointed??

Amazing place. The service is incomparable, and if you're a View Askew fan this is a must-visit. I'm so thankful to be a part of a fanbase with such well run businesses. If you're not a Kevin Smith fan though, I can't really speak for it considering that's what got me to go, but they seemed to have a nice selection of comics as well. The parking is definitely the worst part, but I found a parking lot that changed only $1 an hour, so paying to park was to be expected, but for it to be so cheap wasn't. The walk was short too. I'd definitely recommend it.One thing that surprised me is that most of the props and all are outside. I expected them to be outside, so even if it's closed you can see many of the props you've seen in films and get photos with the posters! It's really cool.~Snoogans

I live an hour and a half away from the stash, but whenever I have a free day I like to take a nice ride to Red Bank, New Jersey. The city of Red Bank is a nice city for a one day trip, there a lot of things to do on board street.Jay and silent Bob's secret stash is a really cool comic book store, with a lot of comic books and comic memorabilia. Also, if you are a big fan of Kevin Smith's movies, there are tons of merchandise from his movies, and movie memorabilia.

If you're a fan of the movies and Kevin Smith, this place is a mecca in Red Bank. I could have literally spent a whole paycheck buying memorabilia, but being my first visit, I had to contain myself. And, you can buy regular comics and collectibles here as well. The only thing I wanted is no longer made and that's a bobblehead of Buddy Christ for the dash. They only have a smaller version, no moving parts, and it was like $50!I wish I lived closer but I will return one day.
